Lacey and I worked on two transactions, one was more complicated and required a lot more communication between multiple parties (appraiser, home inspector, title officer, other agents, etc...). Both transactions were positive, professional, and timely. For me, Lacey is great to work with because she responds to calls, emails, and texts immediately. Even when I was on an important family vacation, she went above and beyond to make sure our client's transaction and transition to their new property was the most important part of the deal. Things most lenders don't have to do, but these things made the difference between a good experience verses an exceptional experience. It is a lot more likely that I will recommend Lacey on future transactions, because of the great support, timely responses, and knowledge she gave to our clients and myself.

Would definitely recommend! Lacey fought tooth and nail to make sure we got into the right house and on time! I wasn't really familiar with reverse mortgages until Kim Patterson mentioned I might want to look into it and see if it would be a good fit since I was struggling with mounting debt from extraordinary and unexpected expenses, with interest rates going up as well. I didn't know how I was going to get out of this deep black hole. This was an answer to prayer!Kim explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Kim gave me a preview of every step along the way and what to expect for when they would happen. She worked hard and diligently to keep things moving, going above and beyond to get it done.
