I bought a car from these guys about two years ago and had the worst experience ever
The salesman had a bad attitude. The cars were very overpriced and nine out of 10 cars were clapped out and junk. I would recommend anywhere else. Literally brought the car back the next day terrible customer service. I would never come here again.

Called today asking about a specific vehicle and making sure it was on the lot. Kevin told me it was. I explained we were 3 hours away. An hour into the drive he calls to tell me the papers/ proof he would need for the loan. This is definitely something that should have been said BEFORE I left. When my husband and I got there we went to take a look at the vehicle. The whole display, radio, and other electronics were not working. Told Kevin and he just said "hmm, weird". If he had said something beforehand we would not have wasted our time. The only reason this car lot got 2 stars is because the owner actually called me back and when he found out he apologized. While I'd like to recommend the owner because of his professionalism and personable communication, I cannot recommend the car lot.
*UPDATE: Kevin called to say that it was most likely a fuse. However, he had 3 hours to go check on the car to make sure everything worked before we got there. He absolutely knew what vehicle we were interested in. *

Honestly never even made it on to the lot.
Kevin texted me and was unprofessional asking me “what kinda car” and “when u wanna come in?” Professional service starts with the first customer contact. When I told him I was preapproved for nearly a 1/3rd less APR, and that I didn’t like the same photos being used for 3 different vehicles he quickly jumped to degrading me about my credit score and open collections; neither of which are accurate.
Take your money to an actual professional dealership. Don’t waste your time here.

I drove a over a hour to this lot. Walked in and the people inside had said that kevin sold a truck they were supposed to by days before. I asked about the the truck I came to purchase and Kevin said it was sold. Even though I communicated with him the day before and before I drive all the way there. Come to find out that it was sold over a week prior. Not one of the higherend vehicles he advertised were even there. Every vehicle on the lot were below standard. When I said something to Kevin he didn't even care. He was obviously not sober either. Absolutely stay away from Interstate auto. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Jon. Everything went smooth and fast. It was a pleasure dealing with Interstate Auto Sales. Honestly answered every question we had. We test drove the car and were on our way in no time. Hassle free experience. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

My fiancé and I drove here from Bend, and when we arrived — at 2:15 pm on a Tuesday — the sign in the window said OPEN. The website and Google both said the business was open too (both say 10 am to 6 pm). However, there was a note on the door saying the owner had stepped out. I called the number, and he proceeded to tell me that loading up his for-sale cows was more important than making a good first impression on a prospective cash-paying customer. Well okay, then. Point taken.No apology — just "I don't know when I can get back" and "I'm the only person who works here and I work six days a week and have other things to do too." Oh, and the best part? He said that next time, I should call first. Totally unprofessional.As they say — first impressions are everything. There won’t be a next time. I'll be giving my hard-earned dollars to a dealership that’s worked diligently to build a track record of reliability.I run a small business and took time out of my busy day (and wasted $25 worth of fuel) to come here during the hours of operation listed on the website and Google. If I were ever this unreliable/unpredictable, I'd count on getting bad reviews and losing customers too. Good thing I make a point of being onsite when folks expect me to be.I mean, when YOU go to a business during operating hours, you expect someone to be there, right?And I'm sure you'll respond with some nonsense about how you don't think this merits a one-star review. I truly hope you don’t think you’re entitled to anything better than that when you can’t even be counted upon to be present at your place of business. Cheers.
