Thank you so much for seeing Ziggy I was so afraid of a kidney or stone blockage and you guys were able to get him in recently fast and on the same day. My beautiful blue-eyed fur baby says thank you very much. You're our new other family doctor. ?❤️

We just took all three of our dogs in for a check up. They were fantastic. This was the calmest Eli has even been at the vet. We drove from Bend. We will definitely be coming back.

They gave our dog PERMANENT HEARING LOSS and they don't care! They gave us drops for an ear infection, but the vet never mentioned any side effects with the instructions. After 5 days on medication he was COMPLETELY DEAF! We called them in a panic and they told us to bring him in right away! The vet examined him, then informed us that hearing loss was a common side effect of this medication, and that his hearing "should" come back in 6-8 weeks. Then she told us that she's only had one patient suffer complete and irreversible hearing loss, so apparently she thought the odds were good enough not to warn us before we gave this to our dog. Then they CHARGED US for the appointment to tell us that THEY were the reason our dog lost his hearing! THE AUDACITY!!! Over the last 8 months, he's recovered a little over 50% of his hearing. He can't hear the doorbell anymore, or us calling his name from 10 yards away. But the real salt in the wound is that it's been 8 months and they've NEVER CALLED to see if he was getting his hearing back. They never apologized, or offered to help. They just took our money and wrote us off. Now our dog can't hear us calling his name and they couldn't care less.

The measure of quality in a veterinarian is their understanding of animals and how they interact with people. A stewardly ethic of care is something that is felt in the interaction between the vet and the animal. I can graciously affirm Crooked Tails, absolutely understands how to take care of animals and families. Strong recommendation.

One of the better vets in town. Actually listens to your issues and isn't after only money. Always booked up but that's because most know how good they are and always try to fit in top priorities.
