My car wouldn't start and wouldn't jump start even after trying with a neighbor's vehicle so I called Zee's to tow to my auto repair shop. Zoran was friendly and once he showed up he offered to check the engine for me. He was able to jump start my car with his cables and informed me my cables were no good. However, my battery would not stay on for long so we towed it anyway. Zoran gave me some spare jump cables he had for future use. He also offered me a ride back home after dropping my car off. He was super professional and easy to work with. This is a small business, please support them!

Zee was a lifesaver for us when my tire blew on an overpass and I was stuck. My insurance’s roadside assistance wouldn’t take us because of the dangerous spot, but Zee arrived within 20 minutes and got us quickly towed to a parking lot, where he replaced the tire. He even took extra time to walk us through how to change a tire, which was immensely helpful, and gave us some referrals for a replacement tire and auto work. We very much appreciated him and will absolutely call him again with any issues!

Unhinged.I was referred to Zee’s by another company and called to schedule a motorcycle tow.I don’t care how many spam calls you receive a day or if you think my number looks like a spam number (I have a local area code), there is *no* reason to answer your business’ phone yelling (“Stop calling me!”), let alone continuing to yell when I clearly identified myself as a customer. Beyond unprofessional.I get it, spam calls suck. But explaining, “I’m a family man, I’m a good man, I’m just tired of the spam callers!” then launching into another round of raging at a third party (me) who doesn’t owe you the emotional labor of listening to your extended *yelling* rant is a you problem.I called you for a tow; you didn’t call me for therapy. I empathized and attempted to redirect you back to the tow quote three times; I should have ended the call the first time.Owner would not accept me saying I didn’t think this was a good fit (read: disregarded my ‘no’) for the tow job and continued yelling; I had to hang up the phone to conclude the conversation.If this is how you handle a misunderstanding, Zee, do your family a favor and go to therapy, specifically anger management.

I was stuck in a 4th floor parking garage with 7’ clearance. I called Zee’s towing and they didn’t have trucks with that clearance available, but they gave me a recommendation for another tow company that connected me to another tow company that ultimately got us out of there! Appreciate the willingness to help out when it didn’t ultimately go to their bottom line.

Very quick service and good communication with competitive pricing! He saved me from waiting 12 hours during the recent ice storm for another company. Although it is standard practice for companies to raise their prices during storms and other high risk scenarios, even considering his higher pricing because of the storm and dangerous conditions, his prices were competitive with other companies but the big selling point was dealing directly with him, and the very fast, personal service. I was able to afford a tow without breaking the bank when I was in a very desperate situation because of his commitment to doing business in a fair manner. He helped me out so greatly by doing business the way he does. AAA would not help me due to “emergency restrictions” during the storm - he helped me without hesitation, although he was very busy and already booked solid. I will always call him first — every time I need a tow from now on. He is very honest and it was immediately clear to me that he wants to help first and foremost. This is the kind of business that I am happy to loyally support.

Got stuck on the recent freezing rain storm. He was so nice to even attempt to help. Not only did he get our car to where we needed to go, he helped me walk to the door. I had fallen on the ice and injured my knee.Excellent service! Above and beyond!!

Great service, super-friendly. Zee’s really came through for us last night. I was driving my friends back home (bad idea to hit the road in the first place) and we slid on a patch of black ice into another car. My insurance’s tow company didn’t come through, so we called Zee’s and they were able to get to us safely home in no time at all.

Very good service. We come from Germany and had a breakdown on the highway. We were helped very quickly and our car was taken to the next workshop. The driver was on site very quickly and very friendly. Thanks for the quick help. We recommend zee's towing!
