Worst customer service ever! Zara did not accept my online return, they said I did not follow the return policy and accused me of damaging the shoes, but this is not true as I originally received poor quality shoes and that is why I decided to return them and maybe in transit these shoes got damaged.I asked to speak to a manager about this policy, I was told the manager was unavailable. I will never shop at Zara again and suggest you do the same if they can make such unbelievable claims without any supporting information.

Daniel was so helpful and attentive, he was quick and even found a shoe size that the store said they didn’t have! Awesome customer service and they were even about to close. Thank you, Daniel!

Worst customer service. 3 cashiers for the entire 3 floors during back to school. Cashier leaves and goes the the back room for 5 min with a line of at least 8 people. I asked an employee if she could get an additional cashier, her response is “we are short staffed” no sorry, no I’ll come and help get the line down. First and last time I will ever visit this store.

Every time I go to Zara in Portland, every employee has a terrible attitude (employees at the register). Super poor customer service. Horrible, horrible, horrible. You guys need to fix that problem.

Awful, no clothes at all. Stuff on the floors. Racks were stuffed with clearance and no help. I wish I could do no stars.

Stood in line for 40 minutes to pay. One cash open with 20 people in line. Many employees wondering around. We finally left. Many disgruntled customers. Strange way to run a business.

The staff directly entered the fitting room when we were changing our clothes. We keep saying it's occupied but she still entered and told us to bring out the hangers when we are done. We felt super uncomfortable.
The staff didn't want to take any unwanted clothes when we left the fitting until we asked her to do so.
Did Zara have training on employees? How come the service is that bad at this store??

No one greeted customers upon entering, and the staff at the fitting room were unhelpful and unfriendly. The employees seemed unhappy and disengaged, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. Shopping online seems to be a much better option. Very disappointing.
