Incredible customer service! Was very helpful while shopping for an engagement ring even though I went with another shop. I returned to purchase my fiancées wedding band, cannot recommend enough. Josi and Dess went above and beyond to ensure I got the right ring.

Trish is so amazing!!! She helped my partner and I choose an amazing ring and she even expedited the sizing process by personally driving to the sizing shop herself. I had a great experience with Zales at Clackamas mall. The staffs are friendly and attentive. When I pointed out to them I would like to buy a clearance item, they gave me a better deals than I expected. Highly recommended!
