I do have a very bad experience on Zales Clackamas store. All employees have poor customer service. They don’t even greet when our customer enters plus they will try to help people after judging them based on their color and dressing status. I don’t feel they are treating all customers the same way. In addition, they are not showing the price tag and didn’t explain about the discounts customer can get. I bought a wedding ring from Zales Troutdale for $4300 however, on Zales Clackamas I have been told the price is $6800. I will advise the store, managers and owners to follow up on their employees and customers services they’re giving.

Josi and Clara were so helpful even when I came in at the last minute on a Sunday evening! Found me a great set to surprise my wife with, and on clearance too! A very wonderful shop I’ve bought from a few times before and will continue doing so!
