I had Travis and Lance help me move my incredibly heavy furniture from my home in SW Portland to Vancouver Washington. Both had lots of stairs!Thank you so much for communicating every step with me and being fast and efficient on such a cold day.Would absolutely recommend you move me to friends.

Phenomenal service! Very easy to schedule and reschedule. Always easy to contact. On moving day, all went seamlessly. Kevin, KB, Stephan, and Ty were very professional. Got the move accomplished quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again.

Travis, Tom and Alen did a wonderful job moving all my treasures. I have quite a few big and fragile pieces that they moved with precision. They were very pleasant to work with and came in right at the estimate. I really appreciated their work.

We had a great experience and would use again! Kyle was excellent in getting our job booked- very friendly and efficient. Great follow through. Foley & Danny were our movers- very hard workers and positive. All around a positive experience.

The movers they sent us (Travis, Kevin, and Tom) were AWESOME! They were so helpful and nice and such a calming presence during what is usually a stressful moving process! They and their excellent moving made the whole thing so much easier! If I have to move again in a few years, I will be calling them again!Thank you so much!!

I have used You Move Me for my last two moves and both were fantastic experiences. From initially calling and making the appointment to the final item being moved into my new home, the customer service was great and friendly and the whole process was easy and smooth. Mistakes happen and people drop the ball sometimes but I feel like they take extra measures to ensure that this doesn't happen and go above and beyond. If you're looking for reliable movers, I 100% recommend these guys!

Have used You Move Me twice now and both times have been absolutely stellar. The guys arrive and are ready to work, great attitudes and great sense of humor. Danny, Lance and Stephan were outstanding and fun to be around. If and when we move again, You Move Me will be the only moving company we go through.

Third time using these folks for moving. Each time they have done a great job for us. Moving is stressful, but these guys made it easy and are always nice and upbeat. They moved an entire house under budget and faster than estimated which was awesome. Also speaks to their integrity. I've moved many many times and I'm so disappointed They first came over to give me a quote and they were really nice, which is why I chose them originally to move me. But the guy did talk very quickly and I felt a bit rushed, but I did not put too much weight into that. Big mistake.This move was considered a long distance move and I was charged hourly.They called at 7:40ish to confirm they were on their way. That's when the guy said, "we love long distance moves.".Hmmmm.... That was a red flag right there.They arrived a little late because they could not locate my unit. Funny... they found it fine for the quote. This is important because of how they ended up charging me. They claim they arrived at 8:15 when they didn't show up on my doorstep until after 8:30am.I did not catch this detail until it was way too late.So they start loading up the truck, telling me we are making good time because of my exceptional packing. That we should finish "on time". They mentioned that most people aren't as well packed as me. They did not even need to bring extra material because I was so well organized.Then the one guy took forever on dismantling my bed. He got stuck with removing the nuts and bolts, saying they were stripped.That's when the other guy asked me if the other movers had put the bed together, I said "yes" and that's when he said, "well this will slow us down" this is why we quotes are not binding." Again.. another red flag.BUT it turns out that all that was wrong was there was a screw that needed to be loosened from behind the bolt. But no, they tried to blame my former mover for a problem that didn't even exist to get more money out of me.Then they asked what furniture I wanted covered. What???? Aren't they supposed to do that anyway?Then they notified me they were not enough blankets. But if I wanted, I could get more, it would just mean going back to their shop which meant more time on the clock. Meaning it would cost me more money!Are you kidding me? What happened to the guy who came over to give me the quote? He listed all of my furniture on the quote so why would they not bring enough blankets and items to protect my furniture? That too smelled scammy!Then we get to my new place and they start saying the distance from truck to unit was 3 times the distance of my last unit. It wasn't. It was a longer walk, but not by three times.I was told they would place each box in the appropriate rooms if the boxes were marked. Most boxes were placed just anywhere and not in their designated locations.Then they started rushing me, telling me they are going over time due to the traffic they encountered on the way up. Even though they were checking their social media constantly or on the phone talking to their partners.So I'm helping them unload the truck. I actually take a fall and all they asked is if fell from the truck. I ended up really hurt.At the end, they tried to bill me for more than $500 over the quoted amount to move a 1 bdrm apartment. I originally did not catch the start time they annotated when I was arguing on the phone over the ridiculous increase in price. I ended up paying $300 more than quoted when they arrived late, blamed everything else but themselves for slow times even though they finished BEFORE the quoted end time. Yup, they finished before the end time yet they were trying to bill me for overtime.They also didn't bring enough supplies but were willing to bring more if I paid more.Horrible horrible experience! I do not recommend!

Sept 2 youmoveme moved me from Portland to Seattle. Colin & Tom were my guys and they were the best! Besides being efficient, fast, careful, they were also very sweet and funny. They made an otherwise ver scary day w/3 cats, into a very nice day. I am all unpacked now and every single piece of property is fully as we started the move. I miss those guys.

Great moving company!! Our movers Will, Mick, Mikel and Tristen were super guys! Fast, efficient and diligent about protecting our furniture. Office staff were friendly and helpful. 2 days after our move we found another item that needing moving. We called and they were there the next day to help us out. Sorry I don’t remember their names.. but they were great! Thank you
