Great friendly staff the lady at reception sees my face and remembers my mailbox number. Also many cute little items like stationary, wallets, candles and other mailing supplies are also available there. It’s a little out of the way in the industrial zone so if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk about 10 minutes which isn’t bad as you won’t have to cross the road with heavy weight traffic.

I’ve rented at Yeon off and on since 2003. The staff as always been helpful when determining what size of space I needed. Really appreciate that they get to know their customer and remember your name when you come in. It’s a nice feeling to know that you matter to them.

Very clean facility and easy access to the units. I had a hard time trying to figure out what size of unit I would need. Nicole was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed right away!

I receive mail here regularly. They have never charged me 1$ each letter like the reviewer said. Also, I mail pre paid packages out of here regularly. They have never charged me a drop off fee like the other reviewer said. I have been here 8 years and I have never been charged anything! This is a great business. The staff are very friendly. This business provides a great service that helps make my life easier and I dont know what I would do without it.

I have been using Yeon Mini Storage since I moved back to Portland over four years ago. The team of Jamie and Nicole is great!!! They really go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for the tenants. Having all of the amenities of NW Postal right there is a big help for sure. Being able to mail packages, get notary, fax, make copies, grab a cup of coffee, all make the whole experience of basing shop at Yeon Mini Storage very easy.
