This company that operates Astro gas station at 6702 SE Division in Portland, Oregon, is engaging in false advertising and potentially illegal practices under ORS 725.060. As a loyal customer for the past decade, I am deeply disappointed that the company has chosen to mislead its patrons. They previously honored debit card transactions at the cash price but have now changed their policy to offer only a $0.10 discount instead of the $0.30 discount advertised.
I am addressing this issue by reaching out directly to WSCO Petroleum President Glenn Zirkle at 12421 SE Evergreen Hwy, Vancouver, WA, 98663-0000.

I went there today ask the cashier about there mask policy she said she didn't care then told me I needed to leave worst service I ever had she didn't even fallow the policy on there front door I'll never go back there

As a previous employee there I have yet to receive my paycheck for 3 business days, not including the wait over the weekend. They are using Christmas as an excuse even though payday was 2 days after Christmas. Corporate and the current store manager seem to be enjoying their holidays too much to even return a call to simply provide a tracking number for the re issued checks "they overnighted". Hope they are having a good 2020, because I am having to pull from savings and beg friends and family for cash for the time being until money can transfer. Do not support them with your business as they do not even treat their employees properly.

I have been spending about $600/month at their store in Elma, but will no longer go there.
The female manager or maybe assistant now? Is a disrespectful human being.
The other morning I was standing in line and witnessed her drop 4 f-words. It was quite trashy on her behalf.
She looked at me and asked what I was looking at. I told her she sounded like a trashy woman from the gutter. She asked me to repeat what I said, so I did.
She then went on to say that she doesn't like me and that I'm lucky she allows me to come into the store.
I've never been so angry and humiliated by a clerk in a retail store.
I've called the corporate office and spoke with a receptionist. I've not gotten a call back from anyone on this issue. Seems that the regional manager doesn't care how the store is represented any more than the employee.
This store is dirty, and managed very poorly. They have as many as 5 people working at any given time, but can barely do the work of 2.
The cooler shelves are always empty of many items that are actually in stock on the overstock shelves inside the back of the cooler. Seems its nobody's responsibility to restock inventory on a regular basis.
Again. The store is filthy, and has an employee that doesn't care about her job or about the customers!
I've tried to be patient with this woman, but have finally had enough to never return. I will be spending my hard earned money at another location across town, and drive by this store to do just that.
I hate leaving a nasty message in public like this, but have no choice because I've not heard back from this womans boss. There is no resolution except to post this right here.

Lill Toads in Elma Washington. It's the only 76 gas station on the main drag.
If you find yourself in Elma needing gas, I dont recommend stopping there. Go across the street to Chevron, or go west to next exit.
This woman is one of the most vile people I've ever met in my life, and is a horrible representation to the company that employs her.
Enough is enough! I'm not going back!!

i use to work for the company and grant it i was stuck at min wage but the paid vac. was the thing that kept me working there. everyone is friendly at the corp. office.
