We stopped in to What's New furniture for the first time last week and were so impressed by the selection of furniture and the prices and the friendly people working there! We had been looking for a few new pieces of furniture and they had exactly what we were looking for. We ended up getting a beautiful teak dining table, midcentury walnut dining chairs, and a beautiful grey blue sofa. The employees were absolutely wonderful, kind, and helpful and we were able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale (thank you!!!!)! Our furniture was delivered so quickly and efficiently. It was truly such a great experience! Highly recommend!!!! :D

We've bought most of our furniture from What's New since we moved to Portland 16 years ago. In fact, we bought our first couch there and it was only because we were redecorating that we bought new couches from them now. You're hard pressed to find better quality, prices, or genuinely helpful and friendly salespeople. This will always be our first stop when looking for new (or new-to-us) furniture!

My wife and I have bought several pieces of furniture from What's New Furniture over the years. Most recently we bought a custom sofa, and we've been super happy with the customer service throughout the process. We're definitely recommending What's New to all our friends and family. Modern designs at a reasonable price with great customer service.

Was planning on visiting several stores today, but the staff was so helpful and the couch was such high quality that I walked out with it. Recently moved to the NE side, so I’ll def come back for more.

Fantastic customer service, great prices, quality furniture.Sofas ranging in styles suitable for Don Draper of ‘Mad Men’ to Central Perk worthy of ‘Friends’, even one or two that would fit perfectly in the living room of ‘The Golden Girls’!!I walked in knowing full well that I had already found the sofa I would be purchasing at…(enter big box store name starting with “I”)…cringe! I just wanted to see what else was out there before spending money on a couch that would have to build myself and would likely only last a few years.I was immediately blown away with Josh’s ability to answer all of my silly questions, making me feel comfortable and welcome. He encouraged me to walk through at my own pace, without making me feel rushed, pressured, or forgotten about.I walked out of the shop an ecstatic owner of a brand new sofa that will be delivered to my house very soon! I am beyond happy I stopped in.

We stopped at 3-4 different furniture stores trying to find a media console and small side table before happening into What's New. They had exactly what we wanted, which turned out to be a used West Elm piece and a new side table. Nice mix of new and used stuff, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Delivery was easy and the guys were great. Highly recommended.

After weeks of searching and researching we finally ordered a custom Stanton from What’s New and it was an all around great experience. Initially we came in to see what they had with the intention of shopping their consignment. While looking around, they offered to help but left us to our own devices after so we didn’t feel pressured or bothered, which was great! (A pushy environment will drive me away, so I greatly appreciate it.) We didn’t purchase our first visit because we were in full research mode, but our initial experience brought us back once we were ready.When we returned, the associate who got us set up, was fantastic. It took about 6 weeks for our custom order to come in (faster than expected!) at which point the owner (I forgot to write down everyone’s names! Please know we appreciate you still!) helped us wrap up our arrangements. He was delightful to work and the team members who delivered our sofa were friendly, communicative, and helpful (they set up the sectional and took all the wrapping with them)!All around a great customer service experience.

Josh was the coolest! He was super down to help us out & was all about making sure we were 100% happy with what we got. The new couch is 10/10 & the service was 10/10. The delivery guy Ja'Quay was rad, got it set up in our house the next morning. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Rad selection of furniture & probably the best service in pdx.

The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, I knew I made the right choice shopping here! Beautiful furniture at great prices. So happy with my new couch, can't wait to come back and get more pieces.Shout-out to the deliverers Ja'Quay and his brother. Super friendly and were absolute pros!!

Got a great new couch at What’s New Furniture last week, and I’ll definitely be going back. The sales associate was very friendly, and gave us a great deal. The dudes delivered it to my small apartment the next day, and even took away my old busted uncomfortable couch. Glad I finally got rid of that thing, cause this one is sooo comfortable. Thanks y’all!

I love this place. Beautiful new / retro vibe and used / consigned excellent condition furniture. Delivery is fantastic, fair price, friendly pros. I've gotten many couches over the years for both office and home and will be back. Downright therapeutic.
