The guys at West Hills Collision were so great to work with throughout the entire process of trying to get my car fixed. I was having a lot of trouble navigating the shady insurance world, who had deemed my car a total loss despite it being in very good condition prior to the accident and driveable afterwards. Even though they weren't ultimately able to fix my car because of insurance, these are honest dudes that helped me so much in understanding this process and dealing with my insurance company. Hopefully it won't happen, but if I'm ever in need of an autobody shop in the future I will 100% go back to Brock and his team at West Hills Collision.

I give it two stars because in the past times, I have gotten good service. Having been a past and recent customer, the last time I visited...I'll describe the situation and tell me what your reaction would be.I pulled up to parking lot and as I was getting out of my car, an employee was coming out, checking another customers car. He said he would be with me shortly, he was with another customer. I came into the waiting room and waited as he took care of the couple in front of me. He kept his full attention to them. When they left, apparently he knew I had been in before. As he was working with me, another person came in asking about chargers in the area because they had an electric car needing a charger. His attention shifted from me to this other person needing a charger without saying anything else to me. He said they have a charger, but he would have to move his car. Again, without saying anything else to me, he left to help this other person. He moved his car and proceeded to help hook up the charger. After a bit of time, I walked out the door as he and the person were coming back in. He did not acknowledge me as he was still busy talking to this other person. I left and even though he had my contact info, never tried to contact me to this day. It's been close to three weeks ago. After being a customer, I will not be going back. Can't say if this is just poor customer service or something else.

I took my pickup in for a simple project: replace hinges on the driver's door. To complete the task, West Hills had to remove the dashboard. When I came to pick up my pickup, I found that they not only had done a great job with the hinges, but also replaced a few burned out light bulbs in the dash. That extra work, which saved me a lot of money, was not even mentioned in the bill. They just did it. I was putting off having those bulbs replaced because I knew removing and replacing the dashboard would be costly. In addition to going beyond the call of duty in repairing the door, West Hills' communication was excellent. I almost forgot to mention that they also carefully cleaned the interior - even the floor mats were spotless. I highly recommend this place!

The staff is knowledgeable, collaborative and friendly! They were flexible with my scheduling needs, answered all my questions, and worked with me to see how I could save money and best utilize my insurance.They even helped me replace my key fob battery without me even asking. They see a problem and they want to fix it, and I felt like we were all on the same team.If I knew anything about cars I'd want to work with these people!

I use Yelp to keep track of restaurants and hotels . . . You know, the fun stuff. However, every now and then I feel compelled to offer a review for a business where everything was just exceptional. West Hills Collision Center is the type of business I will forever keep in my Rolodex (sorry, really dating myself with that reference). The value, customer service and reliability of West Hills was incredible. The service was some of the best I have ever received - from any business. Adam is just the nicest guy and his communication and reliability are outstanding. I know what you're thinking - it's an auto body shop, how often could I ever need there services? Well, I'm here to tell you - there will come that day when you need an auto body shop . . . and I am 100% convinced you won't find a better place than West Hills.

When the headlamp went out on my Jeep Grand Cherokee I thought it would be no big deal to get it fixed. The dealer is 30 minutes away and were out as far as scheduling. Had a poor experience at 2 other places in the SW (see below). Finally went to West Hills Collision Center on Barbur which my husband suggested in the first place. From the beginning, Steve Christensen worked with me and State Farm, who sent three separate documents with the wrong part numbers. Steve was patient, professional and communicated often. I never had to interface with State Farm again, Steve did. Whew! All the guys at West Hills were great (thanks, Adam!) They have a biz model of anyone can help you when you call so you always get help. Simple, huh? Now everything is fixed; my car is perfect. In a world where no one wants to work anymore, they are the best examples of friendly customer service I have found in a long time. Thank you, West Hills!First went to Todd’s in Lake O. The guy took 40 minutes (West Hills took 10) to do an estimate and then said he would look up the part and call me back. Never called. Second place-the worst- Classic Collision. Drove in there with high hopes as it is 10 minutes from my house. Guy walks out to the parking lot with me & says “Customers have to make an appointment to get an estimate so that we can set up files.” Files? I was thinking ‘if you had your device you could just get the VIN #& my address & we would already be done.’ He said, “You really need to go to the dealer with this.” Really, what do you do here? Glad I found West Hills.

I would rate this place a -100 for this company - they did body work on my car and then the side mirror switch didn't work and they said 'not our problem'. Oh and my A/C didn't work afterward. Took it toyota and they said 'whoever was moving around your fuses put them back in wrong' and didn't charge me to move a fuse and A/C worked great. This company said they would put in a new mirror switch if I provided it with no labor cost and the company is refusing to honor that bargain. I have a company letter stating they would. Shop around and go somewhere where the staff will treat you right!!

I have a letter from the company saying they will install a mirror switch for me no labor cost and now they are not honoring the letter!! Make sure you consider where you're taking your car before you choose this place!!

My experience with West Hills Collision Center was exceptional. From the very beginning, Steve was professional, empathetic, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. From the very first phone call, I was treated like a VIP. I was the victim of a hit and run and my car needed body repair work. Steve expertly took the lead in making sure the insurance company had what they needed to fix my car. He took the worry out of the process for me. It's reassuring to come across a business that truly has your best interest at heart.Additionally, the work they did on my car is simply perfection. I would give them more stars if it were possible. He was professional, knowledgable, punctual, and fantastic at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He treated me like a human over a transaction, even with the very complicated process surrounding my car. I would highly, highly recommend West Hills Collision for anyone's auto repair needs!!

These guys are the best. Not only did I provide the parts for them. They came in at about half the cost of what they originally quoted me for the final job and they got my car done in one business day and they also took the time to vacuum and clean it out. If you’re debating bringing your vehicle here I suggest you stop and just go ahead and do it he will be happy you did.

They went above and beyond not only did they fix my bumper, they cleaned the inside of my car and outside of my car and even made the fender look clean and new! they flipped it around so it wouldn't scrape the floor and did an unnoticeable duct tape job! (because i couldn't afford to have it fixed) They were super friendly and accommodating, I am recommending them to everyone! I'm so appreciative my car looks better than it has in years!

I had an unfortunate rear-end accident, damaging the front end of my 2007 4Runner. After looking thru reviews of body shops within my insurance network, I decided to return to West Hills CC. While not convenient to where I live now, I liked their reviews and had a good experience on another vehicle they repaired about 12 years ago. The team was great to talk with. They're easy-going and honest, answering all my questions with straightforward and clear responses. They kept me informed throughout the process and were candid about details. I was hoping to have the work completed sooner, but understanding how supply chains impact parts delivery or how other ongoing repairs caused schedules to slip, I was patient because they didn't try to BS me. They were happy to talk with me any time if I had questions about the schedule, et al. The finished work looks great. My 4Runner looks better than before the accident. I would recommend WHCC to anyone.
