Came in with a bike I got used looking for a tune up / diagnostic. Hans checked it out and made some adjustments for free and took the time to give me a mini course in bike maintenance when it became clear I'm new to this, then only charged me for the one item it needed (new chain). I sent my Canyon bike here for assembly. Hans did a fantastic job in setting up the bike within 2 days, and provided me with detailed explanation of the parts (especially the electronic parts). 100% recommend sending your canyon bikes here for assembly.

Matt at West End Bikes was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood what we wanted and was able to arrange trials of bicycles that fit our criteria. We asked many questions over 3 days!
