Absolutely love the new orange creme cycle frosty, it was delicious ?. This should permanently be on the menu! But don't get rid of the chocolate frosty, it is also terrific ?.

*The* worst Wendy's I've been to in all of the USA. They precook (and seriously overcook in the first place) the burgers and chicken and leave them under the heat "lamps" for longer than legally allowable. Ditto for the chili. I can only imagine how many people have gotten sick from eating here. I worked in fast food service throughout my many college years and can easily recognize these problematic signs.In addition, the staff is inept, inattentive, and downright rude. I don't know who owns this location (I can certainly find out and provide an update), but they should have their franchise revoked.Patrons beware.

Quick easy service. Probably the only fast food I bother with anymore. $5/5 junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a soda. You really can't beat that for $5. Apparently they're doing keychains for unlimited frostys now which should be awesome for the heat.Vegetarian options: Salads and potatoes. Pretty standard fast food veggies options but at a better price.

Angel was awesome. I had a few issues with my order but she immediately did everything in her power to assist me. She was insanely sweet and very accommodating. It took only a couple of minutes before she fixed all of my problems and ensured I had the correct food. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in Portland. Making this my go-to restaurant from now on. Thanks Angel!

45-minute wait for food. Yes, that's right. 45 MINUTES!! I get to the drive thru around 9:45 pm and place my order. Then, as I turn the corner to the second window, I find two men arguing about an order at the window. I sit patiently for 15 minutes. Then, I pull up and pay for my food. I was asked to pull forward and wait while the food was made. Then, as I am waiting, they begin to bring out food for the two men who were standing at the window who've now gone to their vehicles. There must've been some kind of problem because they kept forgetting things and bringing out more food. At one point, Jasper drank something, threw it down on the ground in anger and then pounded on the door to be let back in. Then, he came back out with a bag of food that wasn't mine. He then gave it to the car that was behind me who had already parked. He then started shouting at an employee who was working at the gas station next door about how there were "angry Mexicans" and that he "didn't know where these n*****s came from," (racial slur). I kept waiting. After another 20 minutes of watching people behind me get their food, I decided to just park my car and get out. Another employee came out after another 10 minutes and asked me what I ordered. He said there was some issue with the system and offered me something extra, which was nice. I finally got my food with an extra 4-piece nugget. This was the most god-awful experience I have EVER had at this location. Management needs a complete overhaul!! Ridiculous!!

Synopsis:Where to start? Half my order was missing, they charged my card 3 times, gave me someone else's receipt, and what I did get was cold and dry. My expectations for fast food are low and somehow this came up very short. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to the Panda Express across the street. They suck too, but they at least manage the bare minimum.Unabridged account:I ordered at the drive through. The guy on the intercom called me "bruh" several times, which I will now take as a warning. He had a little trouble getting my order, and I couldn't verify on the order screen because it just displayed three lines of, "chicken nuggets???" However, I was optimistic. Considering my order was a #8 and a #11 with diet cokes, it seemed hard to mess up. I pulled up to the first window and gave my card to the cashier. She ran it, and I proceeded to the second window. At the second window, the guy who took my order tells me that I still need to pay. After a little back and forth he tells me that the cashier at window 1 didn't think I stopped, and I still need to pay. He assured me that my card would only be charged once and for what it's worth, he believes me (LOL okay?) He hands me the bag and asks if I would like a receipt, I said yes. When I got home and checked everything, the receipt was for a cash order that was clearly someone else's. Only my #8 was in the bag. No #11 ?. To add insult to injury I checked my bank and the were three charges to my account. What I did get was cold and dry. Pictures don't do it justice. ? Bruh this is a Wendy's, do better.
