The banker I worked with was really nice. Professional and kind. Corporate offices took way too long. It shouldn't have taken over 1 1/2 hours after spending 30 mins two days before.

piss poor customer service, they stale dated one of my checks. when i went in there to cash it in, she couldn't help. the best is I could come back tomorrow and then they can do it.

I stopped by this branch today to have a PIN code set for my new debit card. Besides me there were two other customers in the entire bank. One teller was occupied with a customer while me and one other waited in line. We watched two other employees talk together near a teller computer and walk around for awhile. After 20 minutes, when neither I nor the man in front of me had been helped much less acknowledged, I walked out and decided to drive to the next closest branch on Beaverton Hillsdale where I was in and out with a new PIN code in under 5 minutes. I am a former employee of Wells Fargo so I understand how certain unknown factors may create inconvenient waits, but I have never looked directly at customers without acknowledging them or ensuring them we are dedicated to timely service. If an entire bank branch cannot accommodate 3 customers in the deadest part of the day, I question whether it should remain open.

What has happened to customer service at the WF bank at Peterkort? It used to be top-notch. I can't even get them to answer the phone after 2 days of trying. A customer for over 30 years.
