My regular bank location for a year now. I've been with Wells Fargo for about 10. I primarily go for my apartment laundry quarters and Trimet fare $1s-super convenient (use direct deposit and the app for check cashing usually). Fantastic employees and service! I've never waited in line for any significant length of time.
I have disabilities and work but can't drive so being able to walk for a few minutes to the bank is so very helpful when you have limited time.
It's a good atmosphere inside and I often get the same teller that's always awesome.

What kind of bank doesn't let you exchange smaller bills to larger denomination bills. This bank. I was told I needed an account. I asked why. The lady said because we need to deposit it in account to show a transaction. Makes zero sense.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!I dont know if they try to be slow on purpose, but this place is a patience drainer, the line will be out the door and they will be chatting it up with people like they are at a social club, the manager seemingly does nothing and just walks around while the tellers move at a snails pace.....this place is a joke.

Went to three different Wells Fargo branches for 2hours. First two branches I went, I was told either they couldn’t help me without an appointment or they had no bankers on duty. This branch in Division never disappointed me. Walked in with no appointment and got helped and paperworks done with the banker within 10mins!

I brought in my daughter to add her to my account or start her own account (depending on what the banker recommended) I was informed that if I leave my information that they will contact me and make an appointment. This was over a business week ago.

Did not want to open an account for me because they didn’t have time. They weren’t any customers in the bank but apparently they were too busy to open a new account for me.

Private rich and very well protected bank I would say only the wealthy go to this branch. Very clean and very organized inside.

I'm confused about the initial offer the bank employee offered me when I opened the account in July 2019. I made 2 trips to this branch to inquire. Today when I asked to speak to the banker who helped me open the account, the manager assigned someone else who told me something contradicts from what I was last time I came here. Wish I didn't drive 20 mins just to be told the promised offer is no longer here.

Awful customer service and terrible business banking associates. Refused to help me fill out a deposit slip and when I mentioned I’d never had to fill one out myself in my 17 years of banking he acted shocked and asked me where I bank. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo, Chase, Key and bank of the west and never been forced to fill out a deposit slip. Also been told I had to wait an additional 20-30 min for business banking when I had an appointment and showed up early. Why make an appointment just to push it off.

Need money to pay bills get paid friday . Put check in saturday but no worries heres 400 now and the rest on tuesday great system love getting 800 calls because it takes 3 days to process a check cool
