I would give it less than this, but the review system would not allow it so I was for ed to give them one star. I would have liked for maybe a 1/4 star at most. I have a check from Western Union drawn on a Wells Fargo account yet when the teller enters the number it flags it as "for deposit only!". What the hell? I don't have an account with them so I'm now screwed? DO NOT BANK HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. NOTHING BUT HASSLES AND NO HELP WHATSOEVER. UTTER B.S. Thanks for absolutely nothing Wells Fargo. Won't even honor your own business account holders checks? Ludicrous!!! Shame on you!!!

ATM drive-thru Deposit has been down for over a week. 30 minutes in line to see a teller on a Tuesday. Just fix the machine already! Friendly staff, clean environment.

If they moved any slower it would say United States Postal service on the door. Customer service is terrible, 10 plus people in line and two cashiers. How do you say we have changed our business model to online service without saying we prefer that you do banking online.

It really sucks when you got to go inside 7 people working behind the counter and only one teller a line all the way out the door every week every time really makes me want to switch to a credit union very unhappy with their customer service it just really sucks when you're looking at seven people looking at you and only one is actually working as they're watching the line grow bigger and bigger

I'm a customer of wells fargo.I went in to have something notarized. The teller told me that they "don't do that "I went to my main branch, no problem.This location is out of touch.Please inform your employees better!

They have despotic and xenophobic treatment. I have been a customer of the bank for years and they told me that it was not my bank and therefore they did not cash my check, when it is common for other locations to cash it without a problem after showing my identification.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness given to me. I showed up without an appointment yet the Manager Jered Johnson was so attentive was able to get the assistance I needed. I was attended by Cherry Pearl, whom immediately went above and beyond to assist me! Both Jered Johnson and Cherry C Pearl are amazing, polite and knowledgeable. They made my visit a wonderful experience.

Usually a line, but not to bad. You may have about a 15in wait at the most. That's been my experience, at least at the 102nd and Halsey location. Pretty friendly employees, but sometimes the could have an extra teller helping. I'm ok with this bank, that's why I bank there..
