The teller was a complete idiot and wouldn't cash my pay check from work for some reason that she couldn't figure out! Wouldn't open a wells fargo if you paid me to!

The tellers in here don’t look you in the eye. They have no problem with someone coming in with a stack of cash and just asking them to count it. There’s no accountability for peoples actions. No deposit slips? I waited 20 minutes to know that I was going to wait an hour , then when I thought a third teller was comingto help, nope the manger swiped out the back door to go to lunch while the line just kept getting bigger. Wish I could zero star this experience.

Never again . I tried to cash a check for my rent . The young guy cashed the check asked for his boss to come over just to tell me my name wasn’t on payee and to not touch the half amount he loaded on my account While my name was in the Memo with my address which was something I bypassed because I had no problems with the first check . And my receipt said Payee my name. I told the bank if the first one is correct they print these checks so it could have been a accident they still turnt me away and I bank with WF

My husband and I don’t bank at this location very often but stopped by to ask about getting some dollars exchanged for Mexican Pesos. The young gentleman at the teller window, Niko, was very kind, helpful and pleasant to work with.Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Niko!

If I could give 0 I would . Waited over 40min to withdraw a roll of quarters for my laundry all to get to the front finally and they told me none of their tellers have quarters “sorry” . Another thing they did was place 3 checks on hold for 2 weeks and I needed those funds available for the IRS to take my payment off my account so thanks to them I went 2 thousand into the negatives because my checks I deposited were not going to be available for another week. Now I am stuck with overdraft fees for checks that were in my name and that I went to deposit myself. I’ve been banking here for over 2 years and they always give me small problems here and there but this time it went too far considering the checks were legit and mine and in 2 whole years it was never an issue until now .

I had previously given Wells Fargo a less than zero rating, but the president of Oregon Wells Fargo Banks, called me, & she straightened out a "fee issue" with their Gresham/Portland Branch, so I reviewed my score, & have given them a 5-star rating. What Cecilia did, went way above and far beyond what I had expected would be the outcome. I'm really impressed! ??❤️

This bank always has issues. I tried to exchange small bills into new hundred bills. I specifically needed the new bills as they wouldn't accept ones with defects where I take them, but at this bank they tried to give me bills with small tears, small stamps, and even one missing a corner, which would result useless, and they excused themselves saying they didn't have new ones. That's at a bank! If the bank doesn't have them, who will? This isn't my first issue with this bank.I got help from the bank guys at 122nd and Division, luckily.Steer away from this bank, they won't assist you as they should.
