I came to the Beaverton Town Square branch after starting a process with the Peterkort Branch. I was worried about glitches in the process, which unfortunately turned out to be true (including some mistakes I had made). Associate Banker Natalie Lisichenko handled my case professionally, even though I was not presenting my best self that day. Stephanie Campbell stepped in to assist and spent valuable time with me to walk me through every step and ensure the process was completed accurately. This was very generous and gave me great assurance during a very difficult time. I really appreciate Stephanie Campbell and Natalie Lisichencko's professionalism and caring hearts. I am very grateful for their assistance.

Trash business filled with trash people. Not normally how I do my reviews but this one is worth making the exception. Wells Fargo treated me poorly when I lived out of state and unfortunately it's the same here. I went in with my wife to cash a check I had just written her. We both had identification and were both present for this. We were waiting on the teller when she called the manager over. We were both a little unclear what was happening at that point. The manager then proceeded to tell us that she would not cash the check. She was not friendly and immediately started giving us attitude which was unwarranted. She claimed my signature didn't match based off a check that I had written to my wife maybe one month prior. I'm sure they were slightly different since I don't take 30 minutes every time I sign something to make sure the signatures are completely identical. Again we both had ID and they even admitted that my signature on my driver's license matched the check we were trying to cash. This put us in a REALLY bad situation since we never expected to be denied our own money at our bank. Again we had ID, an account there, and the person who wrote the check. What else could we have possibly done??? 1 star for being absolute garbage. Do us all a favor Wells Fargo and shut down already. Oh and look forward to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm an existing Wells customer and went in to set up an account for my teenage son. The waiting area for a personal banker was devoid of the usual chairs so my son and I just stood in the middle of the floor. The personal banker was with someone so we watched the tellers for awhile. Not a single teller asked us what we needed, the one personal banker working didn't come out either until, after 20 minutes of waiting, I walked closer to their cubicle. He then came out and said personal banking is by appointment only and he was all booked for the rest of the day! What a waste of time. I can understand if he didn't want to interrupt his appointment but certainly one of the tellers could have let us know. Or, you know, they COULD HAVE POSTED A SIGN! I left the branch super irritated.

They are closed (appointment only) due to covid. They could not even get me in for a simple wire. Poor service, and judgement. I won't be back

I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo as a whole, with the shady things their upper management do. However, I gave this one a decent rating because the employees here were very helpful and nice, unlike at another local Wells Fargo branch I went to. So if you're a Wells Fargo customer, I do recommend this branch.

Love this branch! Eveytime I've gone in it's been fast service and great people.Taylor is especially awesome. They really helped me out when I lost my check book and even waved the fee in the cashiers check so I could pay rent.

I always receive great customer service from Wells Fargo. I hear others complain about WF, but personally I have enjoyed my time with them and plan to continue doing business with this bank. The dum-dums are a nice touch as well.

HORRIBLE customer service, I literally had a personal banker argue with me, then refuse to get me a manager, because he refused to do a transaction the manager had previously ok'd. I closed my account that day. About a month ago I opened a new account at The Murray and Allen branch inside Safeway...BEST branch, hands down. They are all super friendly, helpful and go above and beyond!

This is the slowest service bank I have ever been to. I was just in line, waited close to 30 minutes. They sent tellers on break when there was a tremendous line and there were personal bankers walking around everywhere, unwilling to help the tellers with their large lines. Employees doing deposits as well, and I heard one of them specifically say that they were holding up the line but they didn't care. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

Front Door #ERGONOMICS x: H2O options? Yes. (((Yoyo))) Cookies! Personal Banker, anyone? Sarah - having gorgeous blond curly hair, caught my eye right away. 10 minutes for the style, she says. How fast is that in the AM? Except time is beating my strides through traffic on foot via MAX (savior!) train. Sunset C needs major improvement via WIFI signals? Fred Meyers, nearby WF, has too many impediments for me to reach Earth Therapeutics relief section. Self-checkout lane help, America? Cars, no me gusta la gasolina Americana via Shell. So! I offered to be escorted into a private seating area, where the extensions were dialed with my coordination skills. WF department manager escorted me to an automated message to complete my alteration. We encountered the F department, which of course, were compliant with indications of the direct ladies in this WF joint. TG my favorite cheap alternative juice store, TJ's (within walking distance) from WF equipment wireframe, had slow move with the lane 'aglomeratie' (RO). Enough spent through the noise with no blue headphones! Eminem. Will W. was at work during the time he could have found my headphone in his messy modern car. MALFUNCTION MEN via #fancy #sports cars. Women's aid? Day grey.
