This bank branch has terrible customer service. I went in to open a business account. I had an appointment and was ignored because the person was too busy training someone. So I left. I sent and email to this same person and the branch manager and they never responded. I finally gave up and sent a letter to the corporate CEO. I have been a customer for 41 years. I have had house mortgages, checking, and credit card accounts with them. You would think they would be interested in keeping me. If I send an email to Amazon, then I get a phone call with 24 hours -- not totally ignored. UPDATE #1. I did get a follow-up call from the branch. This was after sending three letters to corporate. Some guy name Melvin called and garbled his phone number so bad I couldn't understand it. Obviously, he didn't care if I called back or not. UPDATE #2. Melvin called again and left another garbled message. I think it's his strategy for never having people call back. I specifically asked for an email address so I could document my request. That didn't happen. The management is so unresponsive and/or incompetent that I will use another branch. UPDATE #3. I got a response from WFB corporate. Apparently they can't read. They sent me 9 pages to tell me that Melvin called me twice. Duh! They didn't get the part where he had marbles in his mouth and the message was garbled, that my email was ignored, and my letter to the branch manager went unanswered. So I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. UPDATE. Good news! I made an appointment with Chase Bank and will switch my accounts to them.

Awful customer service. Manager young Asian lady is mean and doesn't care about her customers. I will be leaving wells fargo after 25yrs. Because of this branch.

Have you ever walked into a establishment and have that feeling that things are not going to work out? That's what happened here. On Saturday morning, I went to the bank with my fellow Masonic Brothers. Our lodge hall is one block away. A nice warm 75 degree day we decided to walk and make a deposit to our business account. As you probably could imagine, four black guys walking into a bank caused concern...that's the America we live in. Three of us took a seat in the lobby area and one stood in line. He was the third person in line and one person came in stood behind him. I guess we were making someone nervous because a guy got us from the desk and approached our brother and asked why he was in the bank? Out of 4 people in line he went to the black guy in the middle of the line. BAD service. At least play it off and ask everyone. He was told we are making a business deposit and unless you are going to do it leave us alone. I will talk to the group about changing banks. Wells Fargo Service is ridiculous.

I’ve been going there for all my banking needs about twice a month; tellers were always nice and professional till today, this female Asian(Korean maybe) teller who has a wrist tattoo was rude. She assumed how I’d like to receive my deposit receipt without asking me then get annoyed when I informed her I’d like to have the receipt email it to me instead of a physical copy. All other tellers always ask or just let me choose it with the touch pad. Never any problems till today. Anyways I didn’t catch her name because she didn’t even wear a name tag, but I assume her name tag would have said “Bitch” on it.

Terrible service at this branch. Why people still bank with them is beyond me. I have a restaurant and bar. I need to make a deposit. I go to the merchant window (big sign says "merchant window"). After waiting 5 minutes in line she tells me the merchant window isn't open and I have to wait in line and she was not friendly about it. In that 5 minutes about 6 people came in ahead of me. I have visited this branch a few times, only when I have to. Never ever a good experience here. I usually go to downtown Vancouver where they know how to be friendly and take care of the customers. This is also the reason I refuse to open a personal account there.

Waiting to be served is too long and the attitude of the managers doesn’t help either if you can go somewhere else I will definitely recommend

Went it too adjust my account only to waste 40 min. Staff are excellent for dismissing or avoiding customers service.

Wow unbelievable rude! I brought my grandma who's been banking at this location for over 50 years and needs help walking and just got out of the ER. This heavy set woman ran over to tell us to wait outside in the sun in 79° because there was too many people inside. My grandma decided to go home. When putting her in the car several other people went inside. No one was told to wait outside though, just us asian people. If it weren't for her saying she had been banking there for so long and bring over 90 I would remove all my families accounts from this place! The worst customer customer service that targets elderly asian people to wait outside while all the other people are good to go inside. Seems messed up to me! They don't deserve her money or and of our families with their opening up illegal accounts and hurting my mother's credit. Once my families gone the money is gone too! Down with EVIL Wells Fargo! I'm with Elizabeth Warren on you guys!

Only two tellers open on busy day after a holiday. The line is out the door and down the sidewalk, while three of the staff stands around and chats. I put off coming here as long as I can because it always seems to be like this every time I attempt to use any Wells Fargo.The staff that is working is always friendly and helpful if you have the time to stand around and wait half your day.

It's raining all the time now, so this bank is raining outside and I have to wait outside for about 20 minutes, but today I was waiting in the rain for 20 minutes.Said to come tomorrow.You have to take precautions, but you can't find kindness to the guests here.
