My poor sister Gabriel Spence after 10 months never got her shares from mom who is power of attorney I even fly to Indiana from Florida to help mom open a brokerage account this Wells Fargo estate process is horrible nobody cares at all

Why is this location always closed during hours they are posted as open? Just stopped at 3:30 on a Wednesday and once again, they are closed.
