I absolutely HATE, Their 2 forms of identification for non members to cash a GD check, they say state issued ID and either a debit card or social security card!? Well WF everyone in the world says don't carry your social with you and second if I had a f**"*** debit card that means I would have another bank account and then I wouldn't need your BS To cash a 50$ check, that you probley take 8$ out of because your terrible people!

Due to my business I visit this Branch every day. Joshua is an outstanding young man. I cannot believe he is just a teller in this store. He's very knowledgeable and quick. Every staff member here has always been courteous. I have never had a bad experience. These guys have a great sense of humor and are always fun to visit. You truly have a great crew!

Would never recommend this branch of wells fargo. Employees are rude and unwilling to help if the transaction seems to be more than a deposit. Even the manager was extremely rude.

I've been with WF a long time and have never had any real issues. but the other day I had a stressful experience here. I came in to make a withdrawal, and my teller said he could order me some checks for free. I happily agreed and he sent me to sit down with another employee to get them ordered. this other employee really took the experience from great to not great. he looked at my ID, saw my age and proceeded to spend 20 minutes explaining to me how credit works so he could ask me to sign up for a credit card. he didn't ask me if I had 20 minutes (I didn't) and he didn't ask me if I had any prior knowledge of how credit works (I do) and he talked so long without pausing that I couldn't stop him to tell him I was in a hurry. he got all the way to his ask before I could say "I'm in a hurry, my boyfriend is waiting outside, we didn't know this would take so long." I understand that they're going to ask me to open up credit whenever I come in; I've come to accept that. but this time I felt trapped, and I felt like they assumed I was less intelligent than I am just because I am young. I still got the free checks, and I do plan on coming back because it's my local branch. but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
