This Place is HORRIBLE. My wife works very close to this bank and has been cashing her checks for months now. However there is a lady inside who just makes it so much harder than it needs to be. She refused to cash a Wells Fargo check that my wife had just received from her bosses. My wife has always gone to this Wells Fargo to cash her work checks and they have always been cashed before. This lady always seems to be accusing my wife if having a "bad" check. Not sure what's going on but I will no longer advise people to Bank at Wells Fargo. We cannot pay or bills on time because of this and I will be in contact with this branches manager to talk about said teller.

I found this Branch to be extremely inflexible and not customer service oriented. Due to procedural issues with the secretary of state website being closed our account was closed because our account didn't match an update. This update could not be completed once again due to the SOS website being under construction. This means our insurance and trash was shut off, randomly. Instead of working with the SOS and us to resolve the issue, this branch was reactionary, inflexible and unprofessional. In addition to this last straw experience, we had lots of issues booking appointments and having an understanding of what was required to open an account. As first-time home buyers, they made the process frustrating, confusing, inaccessible, unequitable and daunting. They very clearly didn't seem to care about our experience with their Branch. I would recommend another Branch or not using Wells Fargo if you are a first time home buyer.Hi Desiree... I'm curious as to why you think it is on the customer to continuously reach out to your business when they have had a grotesque experience with your service. I'm having trouble understanding why that seems like adequate customer service.

One more time mistreated by Jill the incompetent teller and racist old lady. I don't understand why you guys have an old lady who racial profile customers, with me was twice with a friend another time. I will make sure to take legal actions about this branch. You all are incompetent garbage.

I went in to cash a check even though I did not have an account there, they cashed it and did not charge me a $7 fee like US Bank does.They were very positive, uplifting and very respectful. I have been there several times and each time it is a positive atmosphere.

My experience with this branch has been great. I was very impressed with the friendly attitude of the tellers. Dauda, the branch manager was professional, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. Great job- thanks!

Worst Customer Service I have ever Received at Any Bank in my entire life. The Woman wearing black and yellow was rude and disrespectful and Refused to Identify herself when Asked for her identity so That I could Contact Corporate and Make a complaint against her. Ceaser Chavez and Powell in Portland Oregon Wells Fargo Gives the Worst Customer service in the Entire World.

Terrible service. NO LOYALTY TO CUSTOMERS!!!! Last time I was here, one of the tellers was irritated that I didn't use the ATM to deposit my check. So this time, I went to the ATM, which I've done a few other times, and it wouldn't let me withdraw for some reason. I went in to see what was up and they clearly don't give a rip about my situation, even though I'm a long time customer and my account is in good standing. They did nothing except a bunch of empty apologies. You're on your own with Wells Fargo! And isn't cashing checks part of the job? Also, the teller said the hold was due to pending transactions and I just looked at my account and there are ZERO pending transactions.

Not a fan of having to shout my banking information in public. I respect their need for safety and dutifully wear my mask for the pandemic etc but when they repeatedly couldn’t hear, and I said well I don’t want to yell, they literally told me I had to yell cause they couldn’t hear me through the barrier otherwise. Uh, no thanks.

I have never in my life dealt with the audacity of the older woman that works at Wells Fargo at the drive-through today at 1:30 PM. Customer service in my opinion was terrible I've been a Wells Fargo member for over 20 years and was not able to get any change from this teller for personal reasons. Apparently the bank won't discharge you money in person not via drive-through unless you call ahead. Why should I have to call ahead when I'm dealing with a teller already...... And now I have to go to a different Wells Fargo in order to be helped.

One star so I could tell you this, heartless, needed a temporary debit card so my car wouldn't get towed costing me my car because I don't have the $500 to pay the tow company. Wouldn't stay late, takes less than 10min, nope. They can go F themselves.
