I had to take my dad into this branch of Wells Fargo. They struggles as many banks post-pandemic with staffing issues. You walk in it may appear that know one is home. Appointments required for customer service officers. Don't be surprised with some of the houseless community when they come in and take a seat to relax, warmup and socialize with the staff. I guess my biggest surprise was the recently stolen ATM machine outside on the parking lot side of the bank. According to the staff someone used excavator that was parked in the lot. Swapped out the bucket for the claws and pulled the ATM right of of the wall. Wow!!!! Are we safe banking here. It certain!!!

The country is littered with the corpses of people Wells Fargo has trodden over to make profits for CEO's and shareholders. They were main architects of the financial crisis of the late aughts and it is only a matter of time before massive swathes of the population will suffer and have their lives ruined by the next top down trend. They have made it clear to me numerous times, in an attempt to get a lien release for my dead fathers 15 year old vehicle (a process that has been going on for 3 years), that they couldn't possibly care any less about their customers, average working class Americans, or human beings in general. You are an x and an o to them. Bank elsewhere. They train their employees to defer responsibility, send you on labyrinthine phone mazes, and lie to you about how they can help you. They don't deserve your money: they deserve only jail time and public humiliation.

Never stepped into a wells Fargo before. I cash a lot of checks as a small business owner. Waited in line as a customer gleefully went on about buying lots of change to cause Inconvenience for there roommates. All fine and dandy as it should be, till I bring my check to the teller. The lady that started to help me just seemed inexperienced, and meek. Asked me if the check was a business check, because it had my name and also my business name on the check. I explained the check was mailed from Florida, and she had written both, it was a mistake and there was no business account, which was her concern. The manger a lady that had been in the bad seemed interested and was observing before coming over and chiming in. She had an attitude like I was an inconvenience, before she even knew what was going on, talked over me, and then asked if I had just written me name on the check, and kept insisting that I had tampered with the check. I took the check to my bank and deposited with no issue. Just figured I could save some time and get it cashed at the bank it came from. But just got called out in a line at the bank allegedly trying Cash a fraudulent check. Which was embarrassing and not the case. Even if you really felt I had a fake check, saying it loudly in the bank, and jumping to assumptions because I’m black and work for a living, so my clothing isn’t that nice all the time. I think she stereotyped me, and if I looked diff she wouldn’t have been so rude, and accused me of forging a check with absolutely no proof or reason. Needles to say I won’t be back unless it’s to remember the name of the lady I dealt with. I wouldn’t have an issue with a bank telling me they can’t cash a check, even if I think it’s crazy. I wouldn’t have minded if she politely or even bluntly explained they couldn’t cash the check, but she was rude and funky, and accused me of committing crimes to cash someone else’s check and that just rubbed me the wrong way.

I had a scheduled appointment a month prior to my “visit” today. I got an email reminder about my appointment last night. Today when I arrived at the branch and it was ‘temporarily closed’ for unknown reasons according to nearby branches. I had received no heads up about the closure of this branch. Least professional bank I’ve ever dealt with, wasted my time as I had to take the day off of work. I plan on closing my account from Wells Fargo which I’ve have for the last 8 years.

Their customer service is absolutely 0 they're very rude they never make time for people that come in then make you wait for hours, think I just might start banking somewhere else to be honest with you. Yup I'm about over being treated like this.

Agree with others, unacceptably under staffed. I came in an hour before closing to get a new debit card because mine was cancelled for fraud. They told me flat out they would not be able to help me today because there were not enough bankers, also didn't care or respond when I told them I felt that was ridiculous. Then I had to wait 25 min on line to get cash out because again, not enough staff.

I avoid this wells fargo location as much as I can. The only person who is actually very efficient is Courtney. Shes everything you want in a teller. Kind, friendly and good at her job.Last time I was there they refused to cash a check that I received from my mother because "she doesnt write checks that often." It was only after I called my dad who couldn't believe how ridiculous that was. These 2 stars are for courtney and her alone.

Poorly staffed. We were not acknowledged upon arriving. We've waited over an hour to see a banker.

The interior is large and spacious. The towers are hardworking and courteous.

This place is a waste of time. Go to any other branch and it will be better. Promise.

My father has recently passed. While calling to inquire about what form I would need to close out his account, the manager nick, all but accused me of using my fathers account to pay my own bills and buy things for myself. There were transactions from my fathers amazon account after his death, an account shared by my whole family. Unfortunately one of my siblings had used my fathers card when buying some things. While asking if he could cancel the card so that this wouldn't happen, he again, all but accused me of the act. He also accused my fiancé of using the account to pay her phone bill. This was also incorrect as she used it to pay my fathers portion of a family plan. The same thing as she has done for him every month since we got the plan. I cannot express how disgusting his actions were. During the hardest time I have had to go through in my life this manager has only added to my heartache. Not only will I be closing my fathers account, I will be closing mine as well. I have stayed after all the mess that wellsfargo has caused in the last years, but this is absolutely unacceptable. It is clear that the culture of this bank is as rotten as ever.
