Excellent customer service! Every time I visited, the manager Denise would always go out her way to welcome me in; I've never met a more positive and bubbly person in my life! The employees at this branch always seem willing to go the extra mile :)

Not sure what the negative reviews are talking about, my wife and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences from this branch. The tellers are incredibly kind and go out of their way to accommodate and assist your banking needs.

MY MOST FAVORITE BRANCH OF THIS BANK EVER. The people that work here are the most kindest most informative most cautious most beautiful people i have ever had the pleasure to work with in my 50 years of life. Whenever I call there or go there they make me feel number one. Not just one person helps they all do what they can to help resolve my issues and i come in there with some doozies i tell ya. The manager she cares so much about her crew in the beginning of the pandemic her super hero powers really shown throu. Can you imagine being in charge of a bank and suddenly all the customers come in with sunglasses hats and masks. A year before you couldve been shot wearing all that into a BANK. Would you be nervous? Would you run away crying? or would you stand up straight hold your head high without letting any fear show through. This young lady held her head high and GOT IN CHARGE. In charge yet kind and the ablity to step into the shoes of her customers understanding how we were all confused as well. So she calmly repeated the new rules and changes and was polite and calm all the while. i tip my hat to all Wells Fargo employees at Johnson St NW branch. You guys rock and to the young lady manager who workred the door at the beginning of the pandemic you did a superb job keeping your crew not only safe but alive. You did an awesome job doing the same for all us customers as well. You deserve a raise a new car $50000 shopping spree well how about a 4 day weekend paid of course. You did well young lady you all did very well. be proud of yourselves. im just a customer and i brag on all of you like a proud mother. THANK YOU. I thought people should know what reall went on

One of the banker (might be a manager) was really unkind and I still have unpleasant memories because of his rude behavior. I just wanted to double check if which one was right between what I found online and the truth regarding offer and he was very high-handed in his dealings with people.

My go to branch! Tracy is always super friendly, and the entire staff is great to deal with. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews, as I have never had an issue at this branch!

Disappointingly, and inexcusably rude service! Particularly for the size of our multi location business account. Teller also lied in response to a simple, yet vital question, further wasting my time. I will absolutely NEVER use this branch again, based on their unacceptably low standards for customer service.

It takes a lot for me to review a bank. I go here for my work transactions like expense report check cashing etc. I could use the ATM but I go in every time. The people are why. Super nice and friendly. I think they recognize me. Probably.l not but you get that impression. Also they always have straps of $2s and I love that. Parking would be tough but I walk and bike.

I never received the bonus for a new account they said I would get when I signed up for my account and I've brought it to their attention more than a dozen times. The most recent time the woman told me "they never had anyone get that special and she's never even heard of it" as she was talking I pulled it up online. I'm not at all surprised they are going through a law suit for opening fraud accounts, they are probably paying employees they incentives instead of the customers as promised. Still have no answer from them and it's been months<<<<

This bank gave my son a car loan and used the WRONG SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER on the account. This was his first auto loan and he was building his credit for the first time. He paid all the payments on time and paid off the loan early. He gets NO CREDIT for this because they messed up! This was last year. They won't or can't fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEATING LYING INCOMPETENT BUSINESS
