Wells Fargo has consistently made banking with them more inconvenient every time I try to visit. This location, in addition to no longer being open on Saturdays, cannot deposit coins, and cannot do currency exchange.

There is no drive-thru open until 6pm at this location. They don’t even have a drive-thru. I wonder why this information has not been corrected for their customers.

I like this branch because they are courteous and professional. I've had my account here for nine years.

In the late 1990s Wells Fargo Bank was my bank. I was asked a few simple questions that I didn't have an answer for... I was being racially profiled. I was asked "What do you spend the money on?" when I asked for a roll or quarters... and "Would you like to open a savings account with a personal banker?" I had to tell the bank teller... that I already had a savings account at a credit union... and I wasn't supposed to take so long inside the bank. I told the manager that I was asked the same questions and each time... I answered with a friendly "No,... thank you." It wasn't until I went to the other bank teller that I started getting better customer service. I was told that I wasn't welcome inside this Wells Fargo when a random stray dog (it was a German Shepherd) followed another customer into this branch in 2000. I told the bank teller that I didn't own a dog. The dog was thrown away downtown at the waterfront because it was no longer a puppy. I told the bank teller that I was going to move my account. I did eventually get an apology from a different bank teller at a different location of Wells Fargo Bank (the other location is also in Portland... but in Southeast Portland).

Wells Fargo Bank review, I applied for a personal loan and was approved,I provided all documents requested by Financial rep,all documents were legible and after the 4th time the rep advised documents were not legible so I fedex copies and yet again playing phone tag ,the rep advised documents were not legible, after going through hoops that were unnecessary, I told rep I didn't go through this on my house loan,I decided to not go with Wells fargo,I got the feeling the rep was harrowing me and lacked professional ethics, how many times do I need to fedex documents. Total unprofessional behavior. I don't see how this bank makes money with la c k of professional ethics.there are many local banks that are professional and willing to give loans to qualified individuals. FEELING HARRASED BY BANKING INSTITUTIONS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PERIOD.

I didn’t think I’d ever feel compelled to leave a review, let alone one with five stars in it, for a bank. I’ve witnessed and experienced above-and-beyond customer service multiple times at this branch, and for that they get every star I can throw at them. A few other banks had apologized and said they couldn’t help whereas this branch couldn’t have been more helpful.

Good customer service! I went in to open up a Wells Trade account (independently operated 401k not based on any employer), I spoke with a banker and as it turns I applied for the Wells Trade account by myself on my phone while I was there, but the banker upgraded my old credit card to 2% cashback now and reconsolidated my personal loan to a much lower rate. It was a good use of time for me, I've been a Wells Fargo customer for years and never go into the bank these days because everything is done on mobile app and with direct deposit. I'm very happy with my personal loan and my new credit card! Big thanks to the banker there!

If you're not sure about doing business with this corporation, look up their legal history and out of court settlements regarding loans to African-American customers. Not ok...

Last review made mistake of rating high.( read this entirely)when I have check deposited in n.y”they “hold my check for 2 weeks because of some overdrafts that mostly was nt my fault, att taking money out of my acct twice when they should nt have & a few other acts.and they always hold checks so this effects all my acts.this time, last time, time before, and before. I could go on,and on,I would look for another bank, any bank but Wells Fargo. I was going to Florida Monday on a business trip, bankin with Wells Fargo has made this trip not possible, so now I’m out of work for at least 3 weeks,4 th check held, maybe havin checks held, creditors take money out of your acct cause you have that set up with them, thus making overdrafts, that the bank wants to hold your checks for, so whose fault is it really...

Such a great bank to go to. You will have bankers who will dedicate their time to help you out as best as they can. Donald Hoxha went above and beyond for me.

Never have I had such poor service at a bank. I stood in line forever to find out that I cannot cash my unemployment checks because I don't have an account with them but they will not let me open an account either. Never will I ever tell my friends or family to bank with Wells fargo!

Just called to get info about merchant services, and the rep was super rude. Apparently they don't need any new business

They have been boarding up their atm machines everyday for the past 5 months. Even during the day time they're boarded up. To me this is horrible customer service. This is the closest Wells Fargo to me and I do not have a car. So since this location wants to neglect their customers from using their atm I now have to travel halfway across town to use a Wells Fargo Atm, lucky me!! I know why they're boarding them up but seriously it does not need to be boarded up anymore. Protests that occur down town don't happen in Pioneer Square anymore. PLUS the protests are not even violent anymore in downtown. So what's your excuse Wells Fargo? Is this your way to punish your customers who support BLM??
