Husband and I lived in Banbury for 2 years we loved it very quiet neighborhood. They are quick to fix anything you need.

Banbury complex is not worth the price the owners want/charge. The paint on every building is peeling and water gets trapped behind the paint whenever it rains, which is often. The exterior wood of the complex is rotting and fungal and moss growth is a rampant issue. Only select rentals have modern amenities like a washer/dryer and the current amenities are out of date. The owners are charging "market value of similar complexes", but have been slow to improve this complex but quick to raise the cost every year. Would recommend finding a different complex as all their prices are similar but with less issues as this one.

I live in Waverly Hall. The people here are all wonderful and friendly. Our apartments are spacious and the views are unmatched!
You will find the staff here to be of the highest quality!

From the first meeting 8 years ago with the team at Waverley Greens Apartments I felt welcome and important to them. Since then the staff in the office and the maintenance team have been a pleasure to interact with. They are responsive and respectful. The few times I've needed maintenance issues addressed, they got right on it.

I love living at Waverley Greens Apts. The landscaping is beautiful, there are lots of activities during the month, Yoga and Water Aerobic classes too. The building maintenance staff are wonderful and you receive help in a timely manner. Office staff are also very helpful with any question or concerns you man have.

Waverley Greens is a wonderful independent community. I love the smaller Historical Milwaukie feeling of a small town close to Portland accessibility.
- the service department is efficient
- the grounds are kept immaculate
- the social life is active
- the office staff listens and repairs and replacements are made
I also was referred to Waverley Greens eight years ago when my husband and I moved to Portland !

We have lived in the Waverley Greens Apartments for almost 10 years and never plan to leave. We love the community and staff in the office. The grounds are kept very clean, you know your neighbors and the maintenance is always on top of anything that is needed.
Our family has grown since we moved and Waverly has grown with us. We moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and are so happy with the entire process to level up on space.
Waverley Greens is definitely a gem, we are grateful to call it home.

I've lived here 20 years now, and it has a wonderful management team and staff who really get to know you. The property is quiet, though in the summer the kids can get rowdy in the pool, but that's what they do. It's very easy to get into Portland if you need to, and it has pretty much all amenities within walking distance.

I've lived at this great complex three times, I love it here! It's safe, clean, and very well managed. The staff is remarkable, responsive, personable and warm, many have been here for years~ which is rare (great place to live and work)! You'd make a great decision should you check 'em out and choose to live here.

This is the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived in. I love how it's nestled among tall trees. Aside from being able to hear the freeway as a kind of white noise, it's quiet here. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the maintenance people are very helpful and friendly. The owners aren't some distant soulless corporation, which makes a big difference. And the office staff are really nice people and easy to work with. They offer lots of amenities including a community garden and dog park, plus monthly special events like food trucks, yoga and crafting. Downtown Milwaukie, public transit, bike paths and the riverside park are right nearby. I feel lucky and grateful to have found my way here.

We love it here at Waverly Greens. The community of people, the welcoming office staff, special monthly activities and food carts, the ample space in our apartment, access to the river and downtown Milwaukie and the prompt and kind maintenance staff keep us here year after year.

Have loved living in the Stonehaven Waverley Greens Apartments now for about 8 years! The management is above average in quality and care. And it’s such a convenient location to bus, bike paths, and Willamette River walks. Thank you, Waverley Greens, for all you do!
