They took time out their day to give me a quick opinion and recommendation when I was pressed for time. I really appreciate the care they showed.

I have had my 2007 Subaru serviced at W & Son since 2019. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I follow their maintenance suggestions and feel confident that my car will always drive worry free. I highly recommend their competent work.

Felt like a dishonest shop to me. Seems like others disagree so, YMMV.

I had my 2016 F150 XLT inspected by them and was happy with the service. I hope to do more work with them in the future, thanks Wally & Son Automotive.

I would typically give this place a great review. They helped me in the past when I needed my oil pan fixed from leaks. But, this time around is much different. The pricing ratio of labor to parts was outrageous. It’s always frustrating when car service centers never tell you the price of anything until it’s due. I called Wally and Son for service because I required new rear brake pads as I knew I needed them from a previous inspection provided from Toyota, I had a typical 100k inspection as I just reached that mileage, routine oil change, and a new cabin air filter. These four items had me out the door at just over $1,000 under $1,200. I’m not an expert, but never have I paid that much for routine maintenance, not even at the dealer or when I’ve replaced more than an air cabin filter or both brake pads. I don’t know what the pricing metric is - there’s no show of hours worked, or where the cost of labor is being pulled from, but be aware that it may be better to go to a dealer instead of a place like this. When I went to pick up my car, I was just told the total. I was then expected to pay without seeing a receipt or summary of the work completed. I proceeded to ask for it to be printed so I could look over the charges and what work was actually completed. I was told ‘well people pay and then we provide a receipt.’ I asked ‘how am I supposed to pay an amount and not even know the work that was done?’ After a sigh of inconvenience and a lot of fidgeting around, I was handed a paper summary of charges, none of which were explained to me. I left having a large lack of confidence in this business.UPDATE as of 9/22:I took my car for inspection at Toyota and another service center for recommendations on Friday. I did this because as I left Wally and Son I noticed a grinding that sounded like it was on my rear passenger side and a hissing in my AC unit.It turns out they used the incorrect size of filter for my cabin air filter and the installation for brake pads and rotors was incorrect and it ended up warping the passenger rotor and that is rubbing against the brake pads. I also received an updated quote from Toyota and the other service center for what they would have charged for the work that Wally and Son completed on my car. Toyota for the same repairs after inspecting the vehicle quoted $828.70 and the other shop quoted $815.00, respectively. It seems that Wally and Son grossly overcharged and caused more damage to my vehicle than just a routine service.

I brought in my SUV because I thought my brakes needed changing due to mileage. Turns out the brakes still have enough life in them to not need changing. The honesty for telling the truth and missing the opportunity of making money on someone will bring me back whenever my vehicles need work.I wasn't charged anything. I feel these are good people doing honest work.

Nobody likes having to get their car repaired, but they've been fast, communicative and fair. Only place I'll go to.

Some import shops won't work on a Volvo, but thankfully Wally & Sons does. They are quick to respond with a quote and are reasonably priced compared to the other local import shops in the area. They took care of my Volvo promptly and I will return to have some further work and maintenance that needs to be done. Only downsides... Location is tucked a little off the street so my Lyft driver couldn't find it even though I put the name in the notes. Not the most convenient parking lot if you're disabled, as it's all gravel and packed pretty tight with vehicles to get in and out of the front door.

Wally & Son recently changed my timing belt and related parts, and also restored my car's suspension. I have been absolutely pleased with everything about their work, and have come to use them for all of our family's automotive service and repair requirements.

I have been going to Wally & Son for the past 15 years and they have worked on a variety of my cars over the years with extreme satisfaction. Very good work, they stand behind their work and are completely fair with options.
Yes they are honest as well. If your looking for a family ran small local business these guys and gals shine!
