Went here for annual vaccines because scheduling was easier on short notice than my regular primary care office, and the person working was incredibly friendly and fast even though they appeared to be working by themselves and had a steady stream of customers.

The pharmacists are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They shorted me on my medication and now I can’t get my refills because my Dr said they already filled it and think I am trying to get more. The store said they gave me the everything but my quantity said 2 and they gave me 1, they said the quantity count was correct. When I tried to call them they said I don’t know what I’m talking about and hung up on me. If you don’t want your prescription messed up and missing then don’t go here.

Poor customer service, poor communication.
Passport photo service is rarely available even when the person who could do it it’s in front of you. They insisted you to come back later, while the store was not busy (no line) at all.
I tried another day and called in advance to ask for the service hour and arrived the said time. They said “nope, it’s 3 pm, not now (2:40 pm)” - store was not busy at all as well.

Waited over an hour, the automated system said there was one person ahead of me. They close at 8... wasn't going to wait for 8 to come for still no answer. I never write reviews, but this is horrible. Switching pharmacies

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE about PHARMACY… from cashiers to managers. They close before listed hours, they are all rude, and don’t care if you get your important meds. I hope they get treated exactly the same as they treat their customers. CORPORATE doesn’t care either, it’s been like this for AT LEAST the 4 years i’ve lived in this neighborhood. I am not transferring my long list of meds to a different pharmacy, as my medicine is importsnt and worth the extra 10 months drive. DON’T go here if your medicine’s important!

worst pharmacy. prescriptions delayed, their mistake, put on hold for their manager susan for 15 mins, some e picks up and then get hung up on. been without my medicine, they could care less. they have no empathy, just ignore and hang up on people

I scheduled a vaccination for my kid online. Upon arrival I used their QR code to confirm the appointment. I then waited 20 minutes only to be told they had no pediatric vaccines for my kid.
That was 40 minutes total drive time plus 20 minutes waiting only to be told they didn't have the vaccine I scheduled an appointment for.
If I could rate zero stars, I would.

If you are Western union app user and you selected the option (pay at store ) don't come to this store please , they don't know how to do it .And there is one employee har name is Stephanie stay away from her or she will yell at you .

Very rude older woman with short grey hair in the photo department. After speaking with an employee on the phone a few weeks ago about the passport photo service hours at this location I brought my family in to get the photos taken and was met by this rude employee telling me they wouldn't take the pictures for a few hours. When I tried to mention what I was told about their passport service hours over the phone she repeatedly cut me off and just told me that it wasn't available till 1:00 p.m. We'll never come back to this location again. No surprise their reviews are so HORRID!
