Derek was an associate I witnessed act extremely sassy to several customers. One being one of the nicest ladies I’ve ever seen… Extremely unhelpful and outright rude. Acted to same way to me.

Worst customer service experience consistently at this store. Always under staffed. Always closing early due to staffing, extremely long lines. My prescription has been held hostage here more than once because they closed early due to staffing and I have been unable to pick up critical medication.

AVOID CORNELL LOCATION at all cost unless you have no other option! I had switched to Cornell Walgreens location after not so good experience at Bethany location. Primarily very long wait time to get prescription filled. Little did I know this is even worse. Rude technician who reached to the level of borderline threatening!!!
He can’t figure out insurance system issue , gets rude. I ask please return my prescription and same rudeness to even wait for that! Finally I was given my prescription back and got them filled at Costco with no problems at all! Can I give zero rating?

Terrible experience here. I showed up at 5pm to pick up the posters for my event tomorrow, and the girl behind the counter told me that the machine had been broken for over a week.
I explained that I had received an email about them being ready for pickup, and she literally said "Well, I wasn't working that day, but this machine has been broken since before then"
I asked to speak to a manager, who seemed perturbed to be disturbed during her smoke break. She offered zero help. I asked if she could call around and find another location that could print my order tonight. She refused, saying, "It's not my fault my truck forgot ink". I guess I could've called, but then I'd have to call EVERYONE.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, or accountability in general.

Wow, I thought it was just me but clearly this place has a history of terrible customer service. Theres a white guy with dark hair and glasses that is impatient with particular customers. Just saw him talking to a lady for an extended period of time and he was very patient even though she did seem stubborn. When it was my turn he was very short and sharp and had a look of irritation on his face. I was probably at the counter less than 2 mins.I didn't even ask him any questions ?

Very bad customer service. People who works there are rude and racist. Me and my husband went to add money in our Venmo card and the lady at registration was not helpful at all and rolled her eyes at us. She was discussed to see us. Not going there anymore.

I went to return an item today and was met was quite a rude manager named Karen. I lost the receipt but the item was only purchased 2 weeks ago. I said I will take store credit. She absolutely refused to work with me. I'm assuming I'm not the first person to not have their receipt when returning an item. I asked what the protocal was in these scenarios and she said we will not so the return. The item cost $8.99 so not a lot of money and I told her to scan the item and it should show it was bought from this store. The point is, managers should have a work around and an ability to trouble shoot to provide some customer service for customers. Management should really do some coaching to help polish Karen's customer service skills b/c she is the face of the business. If she's a manager than she needs re-training and better social skills. Poor experience all around.

David was helpful and does try hard to understand the customer. He also expresses an interest to improve any way he can. Is very sincere.

I was treated with disrespect by David (miserable person, has strong incel vibes) because I was returning a product (for which I had a receipt). He was confrontational and condescending from the start of our exchange. This Walgreens is fairly unremarkable, but my wife and I shop here often because it’s conveniently located. However, dealing with David kind of makes me want to go to a different store.

Service needs improvement. Went to check on a back order for a prescription. The clerk said let me check our supply, and there was plenty as I was running out. The rude clerk said come back in a half hour, and it will be ready. I came back three hours later, still not ready. The rude clerk said we will text you, I said I want to wait. The rude clerk said it would take thirty minutes. I said fine, I will wait. One star is to high of a rating.

4 hours till fill a simple prescription. After that amount of time they told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I headed over after about 30 minutes. They told me it would be another 20 to 30 mins. Simple antibiotics and ibuprofen. I probably could have made my own quicker. Come on guys
