The sweaty guy with the beard here is rude af!! Ignores someone standing at checkout and while I'm typing in rewards number he prompts for payment. If you're gonna be rude don't work a customer facing position.

Glad to see I'm not alone here. Went to pick up a few prescriptions (that got sent in from Derm yesterday) and it was like I was being quizzed on what my medications I was being prescribed. Then to be told they are not ready, and won't be for at least an hour.

I needed to have a prescription transferred here from my pharmacy due to supply. The staff here is amazing! Im am so pleased with the Pharmacy customer service and help I will definitely be back! Thank you to each and every one of them for being courteous, helpful and caring that I get my medications!!!

I have always had positive experiences at the Walgreens. I really appreciate the drive through pharmacy as I am disabled. When I have made it into the store for vaccines I have always received prompt and professional service.

Absolutely the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had the extreme frustration dealing with. They are randomly closed, get a text to pick up in am then go to p/up and they are closed! The attitude is awful, like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Speaking of waiting!!! Whenever, everytime no exception! Calling for any reason, at least a 20 min wait with the awful music THEN more than twice, after the wait, I'm cut off! Absolutely the most frustrating thing ..ever. Tonight I was going to use the 20% senior discount and they are closed!! No reason just closed.
Wasted trip! I get that they are under staffed, don't have rx in stock.......once ...ok twice....irritated......three times ....the colorful language comes out!! Also...tried to refill on line, it seemed to go smoothly said I could pick up next day, called to make sure they were ready, nothing! no order ready... nothing. Found that out after 27 min wait! I'll stop now but could continue!!

I’ve been on hold for 50 mins with just an update for a script to be picked up today. I was number 3 but have been first in the queue for bout 45 mins!

This place keeps getting worst overtime.
From trying to get your perception filled promptly to getting any assistance inside the store at the pharmacy. It seems I spend time making extra trips. They always seem understaffed or the staff just doesn't care.

The cashiers up front are all so kind. They have seriously made my day before.
However, the pharmacy is a different story. I have been getting my meds from here for 1.5 years only because they are so conveniently close to me, but enough’s enough. When you call, you can bet you’ll be on hold for 30+ minutes just to get hung up on. When I go in person I wait in line just to get sarcastic, smug service. Nearly every time I try to refill my prescription, there’s some sort of issue that they blame on insurance, but when I speak to my insurance they have zero issues on their end, so refills can take 2 weeks sometimes because of incompetence and lack of available customer service.
I’m about to go on a 10 day trip with only half the amount of pills I need because they have taken so long to get anything done and are impossible to get ahold of.
Hire some more people who can do their jobs well, or close down. You’re dealing with people’s health and lives.

PHARMACY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work at a doctors office and this is the worst pharmacy i have EVER dealt with in my life. Not even sure why they are still in business. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!! Wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to leave something. ZERO STARS!!

The manager and head manager..AND ALL the employees are great! I come in daily and haven't ever had a problem. Maybe if there wasn't so many thieves.. they would have more time taking care of customers! Give them a break!

Called into the pharmacy and was on hold for nearly 9 MINUTES only for someone to pickup and drop the call. This is has happened here before... Either they are understaffed or incompetent. Your move Walgreens, what are you going to do? Just look at all of your amazing 1 star reviews. The days of walk-in pharmacies are numbered and this is why Walgreens doesn't care about customer service.

This pharmacy is incompetent. I’ve never left a Google review but this pharmacy has provided me with more headache and is single handily responsible for me not receiving my medication timely. Also, they have billed my past insurance and left me with hours of calls to sort out their incompetence. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
