Be sure of what you buy. This is the second time I've bought something, and the price isn't what it says on the shelf. We bought something priced at $29.99, and they charged it $56.99. That's a steal. When I complain, they say the price was wrong, and that there's nothing they can do. Be careful, don't fall for these scams. Check your receipts!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will purposely play games with you getting your meds. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs if you value your mental sanity.

I was looking this which after was looking for a long time and couldn't find it, than I went to asked a person in the pharmacy, I think he is Vietnamese, he had a very bad attitude, he just looked at it for one second and said, I don't know, I have no idea.
This person's attitude is very problematic, and as a pharmacist or a helper,this attitude should not happen , I was surprised this happened, He is not a qualified employee

ive used there restroom many times. All of a sudden there is no public restroom. Hopefully they are forced to close sooner than later

This is the closest pharmacy to where I live. But after reading so many reviews saying that customer service at this Walgreens is really poor, I decided to call and speak to the pharmacy before having my doctor transmit my prescription to this location.
I called and asked whether they had my medication in stock and would be able to fill my prescription. The young, perhaps female person who answered the phone didn't convey professionalism, nor did she inspire confidence. She seemed a little annoyed at my question as she said "yes" they could fill it.
I then called another pharmacy (not a Walgreens) and got a "normal" response that I felt I could trust. So i filled my prescription elsewhere.
If this location wants to stay in business, employee training or staff changes need to happen.
For all of its bad aspects & features,
Google, & other systems that facilitate online reviews, are allowing word to get out about which businesses provide good, or not good customer service.

2nd Walgreens I've been to recently that looks completely run down, half empty shelves and everything behind lock & key. 2 employees in the whole store so it 20 min to unlock the case my $5 product was stored in, another 10 to wait in the long line with 1 cashier.
I avoid this chain as much as possible

The pharmacy is my pet peeve. I couldn't tell you why, I have never cared for any of them. Sorry.

The pharmacy staff are really nice but I am extremely frustrated with the long wait on prescriptions. My doctor submitted the prescription on April 23. One week later, I heard nothing from the pharmacy so I went in. 3 of 4 prescriptions were ready. The last one wasn’t ready because a technician typed in the prescription number wrong. They said it would be ready by May 3.
On May 4 the pharmacy was temporarily closed. Today is May 7 and this prescription is still not ready. Super frustrating. May 10 is the last day I can wait on this prescription.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a very good experience here today on SE 82nd and Holgate. I called to see if they had my prescription in stock so I could get it filled. The person on the phone was very knowledgable about insurance and the prescription and took the time to check all the details. With in about 20 minutes I got the text and it was ready. When I picked it up the staff was busy but quickly got my prescription and was very friendly and nice to chat with. The pharmacy looked well staffed with two people on phones, two helping customers and other filling prescriptions. Thank you!!
