They will not take passport photos of babies at this location, but will make excuses and have you stand around for 15 minutes before working up the courage to say they won't take the photo.

Horrible customer service! Manager said they can’t return items that’s brought from another Walgreens. Asked customer to returned their items to the original Walgreens. It’s ridiculous.

Worst Customer service ever I’ve been on the phone with him for 20 minutes and it’s not even answering nobody. It’s just ringing saying nobody’s available. Don’t ever go here.

The people here are friendly enough and theres usually not a line, but Ive been waiting for my albuterol to be filled since friday... now theyre closed, so I cant breathe for another day... assuming its filled tomorrow. How hard is it to put a goddamn inhaler in a bag? It takes 3 days for that? Do better. Sik

During a recent visit to Waglreen's (on 82nd & Burnside) the manager,
Debbie impressed me with her calm demeanor when encountering an escalating situation. Because of the immediate response and defusing of the flared up patron situation, the crowded store remained shopping and the store returned to business as usual.
I wish or hope to see more store managers behave on behalf of the paying customers in this way.
I do not have a problem shopping at this location.

The pharmacy is awful! Every month there’s some kind of issue. This month I dropped off a prescription on Saturday, after I called to make sure that they had it in stock because they rarely do, and they told me both on the phone and in person that they have it and that I could come pick it up on Monday. I come in to grab the prescription on Monday, it’s actually for my dog, she has cancer and she took the last of her old prescription that Monday morning and was completely out, two days later, and instead of calling me sometime between Saturday and Monday they decide to tell me when I get there that, oops! They actually don’t have it in stock and won’t have it for a few more days. I was able to get it done at 39th and Belmont instead. Their phone system is a nightmare as well. It takes them an eternity to answer and that’s if they don’t hang up on you in the process. My advice is to go to a different Walgreens pharmacy and avoid the 82nd and burnside one at all cost.

My cashier was nice enough at first, but completely incompetent. They charged me for reprints on a photo order they screwed up in the first place. By the time the cashier started talking about how they wanted to die, I was ready to pay double just to get out of there. Never again.

If I could give 0 stars to their pharmacy I would. The most unprofessional, rude, and demeaning people I have ever talked to in my life. When I call to ask about why it has taken 2 weeks to get medication, they huff. The general call center line will say that my medication is in their system ready to be picked up, but when I talk to the location itself, they "can't find it" or "it's not in the system". I would not be surprised if there is something illegal happening with people's medications. Please do not use this pharmacy.

I'm a physician. I had a medication question I needed to ask the pharmacist. I was put hold for over 20 min and never got through. I called twice, both times with the same result. This is a huge problem and dissuades me from wanting to work with this pharmacy in the future.

The pharmacy staffs are super nice and helpful. My medicine’s was at $. Since I don’t have health insurance. The staffs find many ways to save me. End up I paid under $17. I would recommend this place to everyone and myself continue to shop at this location

Walgreens is supposed to give free flu shots to veterans. I downloaded the form from the Walgreens website, filled it out and took it to this location.A young man named Morgan first chastised me for not making an appointment. The instructions said to take the form and appropriate i.d. to any location so I stopped at the first store I saw, Obviously I couldn't make an appointment in advance. Morgan lectured me anyway. Then he put all my info into his computer and after a few minutes, he told me the form I had downloaded was from 2016 and the "group number" was no longer valid so I couldn't get the shot. He didn't make any effort to obtain a current group number from the company he worked for.I left after wasting a half hour or more of my time. This young man was not only unhelpful, he was a total jerk about it.
