I stopped in after going to a handful of drugstores and was happy to find a good selection of the products I was seeking. Claudia was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and great at juggling multiple responsibilities (customers, stocking, unlocking project, cashiering). She made sure to point out store specials and offers, and I overheard her helping out young customers with understanding the promotional fine print. She is a benefit to this Walgreens location!

I just wanted to send a thank you to the employee answering the phone here and I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name. I have a new medication and am pretty inexperienced with shortages, he was incredibly patient and kind with me in explaining options to try and get it filled when it was unavailable and especially after I had to call back after I misunderstood the process the first time. I had been so nervous about the process and getting clear and empathetic help was such a balm. Can’t recommend them enough.

This is the first review I've ever written. This store has been badly beaten by thieves. I don't use the pharmacy. I stop in for general goods. There are very kind people working here, and they're doing all they can.

I’ll share this here since it’s nowhere on the website. They only do passport photos from 2-6. It’s a mid review since it’s a mid problem but still extremely frustrating that there’s no information on this anywhere.

After waiting a week for my prescription to be filled, I call the pharmacy. I speak to a tech who assures me it will be ready this evening and they will text me. No text. No phone call. Nothing. I call the next morning to find out that the med is out of stock and they were just not going to tell me. Real professionals at the Walgreens on Holgate. I hope no one dies because they can't be bothered to speak with customers. I'll never shop there again--awful.

Absolutely horrible service. I came for a passport picture and the employee (the one with blue hair) was irritated and rude to me for absolutely no reason. Don't offer a service if you don't want to help a customer.

The fact that I was clearly pregnant and denied to use the restroom when they have is ridiculous on top of that the cashier was not friendly and didn't even say thank when I left I had to tell her when paying with food stamps the bag fee is removed before she did it even after I put my rewards in

Ordered medication and thought I would try their “free” delivery service. Four days later I still do not have it and it has not been picked up by their delivery entity. A joke…on me!

Very friendly store associate. I needed to send something back through FedEx and when someone came to help me she said let me get some one to help me because I've never did a return label. So a store manager came and showed her step by step and it was done. Gracie who was the store manager was very polite, friendly and has great customer service.
