This is the first review I've ever written. This store has been badly beaten by thieves. I don't use the pharmacy. I stop in for general goods. There are very kind people working here, and they're doing all they can.

Laura at the front counter was amazing. Great vibe and lovely energy. I wish them nothing but the best and they deserve a raise ^.^ also, happy birthday next week Laura!!

I’ll share this here since it’s nowhere on the website. They only do passport photos from 2-6. It’s a mid review since it’s a mid problem but still extremely frustrating that there’s no information on this anywhere.

After waiting a week for my prescription to be filled, I call the pharmacy. I speak to a tech who assures me it will be ready this evening and they will text me. No text. No phone call. Nothing. I call the next morning to find out that the med is out of stock and they were just not going to tell me. Real professionals at the Walgreens on Holgate. I hope no one dies because they can't be bothered to speak with customers. I'll never shop there again--awful.

Absolutely horrible service. I came for a passport picture and the employee (the one with blue hair) was irritated and rude to me for absolutely no reason. Don't offer a service if you don't want to help a customer.

The fact that I was clearly pregnant and denied to use the restroom when they have is ridiculous on top of that the cashier was not friendly and didn't even say thank when I left I had to tell her when paying with food stamps the bag fee is removed before she did it even after I put my rewards in

Ordered medication and thought I would try their “free” delivery service. Four days later I still do not have it and it has not been picked up by their delivery entity. A joke…on me!

Very friendly store associate. I needed to send something back through FedEx and when someone came to help me she said let me get some one to help me because I've never did a return label. So a store manager came and showed her step by step and it was done. Gracie who was the store manager was very polite, friendly and has great customer service.

Update: was supposed to go on a vacation and this pharmacy lost my script (have been coming here over a year) and has no record of even receiving it despite sending me a text it was ready for pickup. I will now not have my medication while on holiday and am reporting the pharmacy to the state board, I recommend anyone who has similar experiences to do the same
Worst pharmacy you will ever encounter.
Pharmacist asks questions that are NONE of their business. I had a medication that was supposed to be filled and was given pushback/questions. After finally paying for it they told me I would have to return another time even though I explained I was out of said medication. I’m uncertain if the pharmacist who has a million questions understands that people can get very sick without their medication.

Yeah the worst pharmacy of all time. Like hilariously, unusable, ‘how is this even possible?’ kind of bad. Never have I left a place flipping somebody off til now lol

For some reason this pharmacy is always either closed during the hours they're supposed to be open or their "phone lines are down" according to their automatic voice service and I'm unable to refill my prescription. I am on my second day without taking my medication because I haven't been able to get a hold of them in the past 5 days. I left messages with zero response and I can't ever get anyone to pick up the phone. I'm probably going to have to go to the store in-person to get someone to talk to me. I've had issues with this pharmacy in the past too-- a few months ago I received messages about my prescription being ready for pickup and then was told when I arrived that my medication wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours. I really hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully this will save someone the trouble of choosing this pharmacy for their prescriptions. My service in-store with the cashiers is usually great, it's just the pharmacy.
