They lock up everything but don’t have anything on their shelves. The only products I could find in stock, was soda. I only go here for meds. I’m not sure how they stay open.

The female with pink and brown hair is the reason I won’t be going back. After dropping off my prescription that I have to hand carry in every month, she asked when I’d like my prescription read. Typically they let you know when you can pick up but when I answered “whenever, I’m in no rush” since they can be busy, she responded “so next year” (this is over a week ago) I said “no just whenever they’re available” and to that she said “okay, we’ll have them ready for you WHENEVER”Listen, I get that you work in a job that you may not like, and in an area that is pretty tough, but you’re dealing with people that need medication to support their lives. It’s been over a week and my prescription still says delayed even though I called to check day of that they were available.I know that this review doesn’t matter to them because they shut down their pharmacy whenever they want so why would it, but I’m just so frustrated and feel really disrespected. Do better y’all.

The pharmacists here are incompetent and lie with frequency. It often takes 3 or 4 trips to fill a simple prescription.

The woman with pink hair helping me was incredibly rude. She snapped at me multiple times, when I asked her what she said one time she repeated it very loudly and sarcastic.

The rudest pharmacist I've ever experienced. She lied and said that the signatures on the prescription slips looked different. Therefore she couldn't give my wife her medication that she was prescribed. My wife had her wisdom teeth removed on a Friday. The dentist office is closed over the weekend. The pharmacist claimed that she couldn't release the medication until she heard back from the doctor. So my wife suffered in pain for three days without pain medication.

It says the hours were confirmed by the business a few days ago, but when I went they were closed at 7:00 pm! I couldn’t believe it. The hours on Google are wrong, but they’re also wrong on the Walgreens website. How unprofessional and honestly I don’t understand the point of a drugstore closing so early.

Our insurance requires we use Walgreens pharmacy. The Cornell Rd location is THE WORST MANAGED PHARMACY EVER. They have made no efforts to correct the lack of staffing since Covid broke out. Today their drive-up is closed, and the line of customers inside wraps around the interior of the store. Pay the pharmacists more, hire new management, do something. Your status quo is UNACCEPTABLE.

Scheduled a vaccination with Walgreens, perfectly timed for the weekend. Received multiple confirmations of that vaccination through email and text messages. "We look forward to seeing you." "Are you ready for your visit?" "Check-in 15 minutes before your appointment. If you're late, we'll only see you based on availability." Arrive 30 minutes before appointment. The guy in front of me in line asks, "Do you give COVID vaccinations?" The pharmacy tech confidently says "We sure do, but only by appointment!" I'm so smug. I have an appointment, and I'm here for my vaccination. Pharmacist - "I'm sorry, but Walgreens doesn't give vaccinations on the weekend."

They’re doing the best they can under the circumstances. But for the love of Pete, update the hours, Google! The hours are wrong in this Google listing, as evidenced by the attached photo and the Walgreens website for this store. I was duped by the misinformation Google is providing, and missed being able to pick up a much-needed prescription—got a text at 6:56pm that medication was ready and I was at the store by 7:10 since Google says the pharmacy is open until 8pm. WRONG! The entire store closes at 7pm. So don’t trust what you read on Google, and if any Walgreens reps actually read these, stop contradicting suggested changes to the hours and confusing the heck out of your customers.
