The lady running the photo department is ridiculously efficient! It was exhausting just watching her. Way to go!

I was prescribed two medications that combined, can cause a "rare but serious condition," but received no information from the pharmacist about this risk during the consult. (The ER also gave me no warning, but I usually count more on pharmacists for their specialized insights about pharmaceuticals). I only learned about it because I am one of the rare people who views medication guides before using prescriptions, and there was enough there for me to research further. They also misspelled my name even though I was already in their system, and they had viewed my insurance card that shows the correct spelling. That doesn't give me a lot of confidence in their attention to detail about the more-important parts of their jobs. The only reason they have two stars instead of one is because of the friendliness of the employee managing intakes.

Prescriptions take way too long, and aren’t even ready when they say they will be!

Avoid this place at all costs. I transferred a prescription here because they were the first I found that had it in stock. It took them 2 weeks to get the prescription and get the billing and insurance worked out. I spoke to 4 different people over that time, each with a totally different version of what the problem was. As I write this, I’m in line to pick it up, hoping the billing is actually sorted out (man on the phone said it was, their automated system suggests it isn’t). And there are 11 people in line in front of me.

My doc sent a prescription over and the pharmacy refused to fill it even as of last year Walgreens is covered under insurance. Very unfriendly pharmacy. Do not recommend.

Pharmacist refused to check computer to see if medication was available beyond their store, which they can do, because the meds I take are commonly not stocked at any particular store. It has to be ordered. And the pharmacist refused to check the computer system to see if the meds could be ordered. Other walgreens stores are better. This is incompetence and or laziness.

Recently moved nearby and had my prescriptions moved here. Pharmacy staff were lovely, especially Mary, she was so kind and patient and spent a good chunk of time trouble shooting my prescriptions which my previous Walgreens had been unable/unwilling to do.

The pharmacy at this location - #4495 - is horrible! They seem incapable of filling a prescription.I've just transferred all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy where the staff is actually alive and not dead on the floor.

Prescriptions are sent in, and will go unfilled for a week. What's the problem? Well, I call them to see if it's an insurance issue.Nope. They just couldn't be bothered to fill it in a whole week without me calling. Had it ready in 15 mins. So hooray right?Nope! Waited in line for 35 minutes, then had to wait almost 10 more while they tried to find my prescription. Guess drugs are like car keys and you can just lose them. It's been two years, and I keep going because the nearest other pharmacy is a hassle because of the distance. Unfortunately, I think I have to bite the bullet and just go somewhere else even if it's much farther from home.

It truly is remarkable how absolutely terrible this pharmacy operates. How do you stay in business? I understand being busy, but every single time I go there, I spend my lunch hour waiting in line. On several occasions, my prescription hasn’t even been filled yet, even though I called it in days ago. It’s like they wait for the person to arrive before filling. So then you have to stand aside and wait for them to fill it. Unacceptable.

Very bad customer service. I would recommend hiring a fleet of consultants to get this slower than molasses pharmacy whipped into shape. Literal line of 30 people everyone hour of the day. Took me 90 mins to simply pick up a prescription they said would be ready two days earlier. Nice work Walgreens! Absolute disaster.

I somehow never learn my lesson to not come here under any circumstances. The wait for anything is always extremely long, they are always short staffed, and I can only assume the staff they do have must be severely underpaid because they are so apathetic. I always feel bad being cranky with them because I know it isn’t their fault… this huge corporation should have the resources to function at least a little bit better. Avoid this Walgreens at all costs, especially the pharmacy and printing services.
