People need to learn how to read signs. Pharmacy operates on different hours then the store, yes were short staffed and management doesn't care, and the shelves are bare because of theft and policies keep us from really doing anything. Security is for OUR AND COSTOMER safety- nothing else

Seems rundown. A lot of shelves have no products on them. I guess not enough employees. Pharmacy hours change or are closed due to no pharmacist. Probably could use more security.

Scheduled my vaccine weeks ago, got a call RIGHT before my appointment it was canceled. You’d think they’d know more than 2 hours before my appointment it was canceled, should’ve just used CVS.

Tried to get status of my prescription for a couple days. Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Stopped in to check had a couple people in front. Tried to call and got the recording that they were answering other calls. Not one person was on a call.

Don’t even tell you when it’s closed so how do you get life saving prescriptions

I used this pharmacy for a year or more. Last time my prescription was called in, and I managed to call and check on it; usually it takes about an hour to get on the phone because they simply don't answer it, but I managed to get transferred directly in. I was told they didn't have the prescription and had it called in again. After getting it filled and bought, it turned out they did have the original prescription... no idea. Google maps even told me the place was closed, when it wasn't hence my calling in. I've never seen anything like this where a pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Once I was even told I had to go back 4 hours later to get it after waiting over 24 hours, and missed work. If you have to travel an extra 30 minutes or an hour even to avoid this place, which you shouldn't, do it. No idea why so many people use this pharmacy. Never again. Used a different walgreens this time and had zero problems. They were also incredibly inconsistent on top of the incompetence. Sometimes it'd be ready when called in, sometimes not and I'd have to literally go there just to tell them to fill it. No phone service. Sometimes you'll stand in line for 30 minutes or more, sometimes not. It's really something else.

Been desperately trying to reach them about my prescription for 2 days. In person lines are incredibly long. While on hold, it says there are 3, 2, one people in front of me, then I get transferred to a different hold service, then the phone finally rings for 3 full minutes then hangs up. This has happened over and over and over.

This Walgreens is barely hanging on in this NE neighborhood; however, I have seen it generally get 'safer' and probably less theft. The whole little shopping plaza has done improvements with security and moving the bottle drop. I very much enjoy the photo projects Walgreens produce and really only come to this store to pick up my photo projects. I do enjoy going through their seasonal aisle too. Staff is nice.. a lot of things are locked up. They have a drive thru pharmacy which is convenient!

Most annoying, unprofessional, inept, pharmacy. Makes you wait hours in line to "start" working on prescriptions called in by a doctor 2 hours before I got there. And then wants huge amounts above what they said they were on the phone!!

Overworked pharmacist refuses to accept prescription because of short staff at 5 pm when the store closes at 9pm. At least a 15 minute wait for information by phone. Bad attitude. No way to call corporate to report.
