Pharmacy is closed and doesn’t appear to ever plan to reopen.

Guy behind the pharmacist counter was rude as hell for no reason. The Walgreens app told me my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up. "Didn't I tell you that we would call you?"So I guess the Walgreens app is useless, right?

My new insurance says I can’t continue to fill at Walgreens locations so I’m unfortunately having to leave what I consider to be a reliable and helpful location. Although there’s been widespread disruption to the pharmacy functionality in areas of medication availability and adequate pay/staffing of pharmacies, I’ve been able to reliably get what I need to manage my care with this pharmacy:-I’ve used the app to track refills of maintenance meds and as-needed meds, and track “new” prescriptions of scheduled meds or prior authorization meds to monitor if there may be a stock issue, technology issue, or mistake from my doctor-if there has been any mistake, i’ve been able to call and get a hold of the pharmacy relatively quickly every time to identify what the cause is, see if there is something i can do to move it forward, or get a timeline-if a medication has been out of stock, i’ve gotten (albeit hurried c:) updates on different strengths in stock that the doctor could put through, different locations that might have in stock, and recommendations about how/when to refill to keep stock on hand.-they always ask if it’s a new med or just a new prescription so i don’t have to listen to all the new prescription info spiel for the twentieth time on a medication i’ve been taking for years, but do get it if it’s new and i need it c:I’m so glad I don’t have to rely on mail-order pharmacies and hope this helps give peace to anyone new trying to identify a decent local pharmacy in this current healthcare mess!

Absolutely horrible service. I came for a passport picture and the employee (the one with blue hair) was irritated and rude to me for absolutely no reason. Don't offer a service if you don't want to help a customer.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude, bordering on combative and disrespectful. I confirmed with them via phone that they had a medication in stock and available before having a prescription sent to them. When I then arrived 36hrs later to pick it up they were so incredibly dismissive, and did not have the order ready. I was then dog piled by another employee, giving a litany of excuses why they wouldn’t be filling it, and none of them were valid. Stay away from this location if you absolutely can. This is not the first time, just the first time I was angry enough to write a review.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost they are gaslight queens. Been waiting on prescriptions I need to stay alive (type one diabetic) and kept being told “the next delivery we will have it”. Finally went in and asked why they keep telling me this and how it’s ordered. Heard one of the pharmacists say “yeah we never ordered that we don’t carry it you should try another pharmacy” like why didn’t y’all just say that in the first place… this isn’t something I can wait on.

Very busy location but always available to answer questions. Sometimes out of stock with what I need, but promptly advise alternative location that is able to handle the prescription.

Horrible. Zero stars. Did not have new prescription that my doctor had a confirmation that they received. Then, their automated system called for my refill and I went through all the ridiculous steps. At the end was told it would be ready after."11:54 am" today. Went to pick it up at 6:30 pm--they didn't have a record. My fault for trusting THEIR system. Finding a new pharmacy. Told the pharmacist that--he said there were a lot of worse places. Wow.

The people are nice but advertising this location as having a drive through pharmacy is incorrect. It’s unexpectedly closed about 80% of the time.

I'm somewhat surprised by all of the negative reviews. I've come to this pharmacy for years, and almost always I have had prompt, polite, and helpful service, whether in person or over the phone. I also have seen staff in the store being extremely kind and patient with customers who appeared confused or somewhat vulnerable and disoriented.

Used to use CVS Pharmacy in the city Target on Powell. They were always so helpful and on top of everything. Then my insurance changed and I had to switch to Walgreens. This place is rough. There's no excuse for it to be so so bad. Switching over my prescriptions was a nightmare. I had to call them no less than 3 times and go in store 3 more times to get urgent medication (insulin) for an order I made over a week prior. Each time someone would tell me they had no history of orders or that there was issues with my insurance after everything had been confirmed multiple times. Very long waits with no less than 4 people working back there. I really try to keep a cool head with anybody in some type of service. I give people the patience and respect I would want in my own job. But it is so discouraging when it feels like you're talking to people who can't meet the most basic expectations of their position. Especially when our lives are in their hands. You're asking them questions they must get a million times a day, and they stare at you like you have two heads. It's kind of dehumanizing. We pay so much for healthcare. So much for RX co-pays. We shouldn't have to answer 1000 riddles to get our meds.As a store its fine. It's Walgreens. If you need a Coke Zero or a box of wine, they've got that covered at least. And you'll need it after dealing with the pharmacy.

Pharmacists try to avoid doing their job. They came up with excuse after excuse for not ordering my prescription. They never would update me on the status. The automated call intake system on the phone lied to me about the status of my prescription. The drive thru is almost always closed. Line can be very slow.
