Despite making an appointment weeks in advance, the pharmacy called today to cancel my appointment and forced me to wait an entire week and adjust my schedule. When asked that they do some to take responsibility for their lack of staffing or compensate me for their inability to staff, I was coldly told to call corporate and hung up on.

They had an isle closed with signs up that said ask for assistance. I asked for someone to let me in to look. He had to stand there and babysit me while I looked through the oral care section. Eventually it was so uncomfortable that I told him that I was going to be a while, and he, just as annoyed as I was, said that he couldn’t leave me alone in the isle. I told him id just find a different store and he waved me goodbye.

My own experiences with the pharmacists has been excellent, they've been very helpful despite shortages they have no control over. But one less star for the difficulties Walgreen is having in staffing and keeping it open predictably, that's definitely an issue. I think Walgreen is trying to strangle its own stores and force us into mail-order, which is not so great if there are issues and you need to solve a problem within hours, something that - when open - this local team has always been able to do in my experience.

Dont ever go to this pharmacy! You will die before anything gets filled.. might as well order yourself a coffin-that will probably be way faster than them filling the prescription. Also everything has to be repeated 7+ times before it ever gets done..Appears that the pharmacy doesnt know how to hire normal people ... oh and dont try to call them either.. they will never answer..They also will never have anything ready eitherUseless and just occupying the space for no reason..might as well shut that thing down..

The rudest pharmacist I've ever experienced. She lied and said that the signatures on the prescription slips looked different. Therefore she couldn't give my wife her medication that she was prescribed. My wife had her wisdom teeth removed on a Friday. The dentist office is closed over the weekend. The pharmacist claimed that she couldn't release the medication until she heard back from the doctor. So my wife suffered in pain for three days without pain medication.

Lovely pharmacy staff when it’s actually open. I can only guess at when the pharmacy or store is open or will be open. Marquee sign on Grand clearly says 9-9. And all phone messages say other closing and openings. But none accurate. Try to pick up RX at your own risk.

Apparently their hours are optional, first attempt at pickup their systems were down, second attempt the only pharmacist apparently didn’t show up, and the third attempt they put up a piece of paper saying the pharmacy is just closed for another four days for no reason. Never sending my prescription to Walgreens again

Our insurance requires we use Walgreens pharmacy. The Cornell Rd location is THE WORST MANAGED PHARMACY EVER. They have made no efforts to correct the lack of staffing since Covid broke out. Today their drive-up is closed, and the line of customers inside wraps around the interior of the store. Pay the pharmacists more, hire new management, do something. Your status quo is UNACCEPTABLE.

Scheduled a vaccination with Walgreens, perfectly timed for the weekend.Received multiple confirmations of that vaccination through email and text messages."We look forward to seeing you.""Are you ready for your visit?""Check-in 15 minutes before your appointment. If you're late, we'll only see you based on availability."Arrive 30 minutes before appointment. The guy in front of me in line asks, "Do you give COVID vaccinations?"The pharmacy tech confidently says "We sure do, but only by appointment!" I'm so smug.I have an appointment, and I'm here for my vaccination.Pharmacist - "I'm sorry, but Walgreens doesn't give vaccinations on the weekend."

Pharmacist tech Hailey with short hair is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered in the health care field. She has a terrible attitude and should not be in this line of work if she cannot treat any customers with common human decency. All other Techs are sweet but seem extremely uncomfortable around her as she is always in a terrible mood every time I need to pick up my medication.I understand everyone has their bad days, but it should not reflect in your work and affect the people you are supposed to be helping.

Pharmacy team are all good at their jobs but seem like they hate each other. Makes for a tense experience rife with miscommunication and undue stress. Homeless people around the property are not getting the support they need. Generally a good time for no one.

What's up with the cashier who only wears a face shield, in a pharmacy, during a pandemic, with a high level of people contact? This seems irresponsible.
