Absolute worst. Two different times I’ve had antibiotics sent in and it took 3-4 days to get it. I called multiple times and was told an hour wait then got a call back and was put on hold again. Avoid at all cost.

Staff filled the wrong prescription and then wouldn’t refund or take it back. The correct prescription hadn’t yet made it to them, but the staff did not confirm what prescription was being filled before filling/mixing it. So, I was assuming it was the correct one the whole time, while the staff just assumed that the only prescription in their system (prescribed 2 weeks prior & never filled) was the one I wanted.

First off, let me say the workers in this Walgreens Pharmacy are working hard non-stop like crazy. They are professional and caring people, and they are running everywhere, so this review is not personally reflected on them but management/corporate. It seems like management/corporate doesn't care about it's workers and delivering high quality service to it's customers.This place got worse and worse last two months, but especially few weeks. This place is not staffed properly to deal with the load of the expansion of Bethany and it seems like Corporate doesn't care about hiring and staffing this place properly. They opened a vaccine clinic, but it's the same resources that are trying to run the pharmacy and do vaccines. The lines are at least 30-45mins, and it really doesn't matter what hour you come. It's worst than the DMV. At least in the DMV you can make appointments, here you are out of sheer luck to get your medication processed properly. Even their automated system went down-hill, where its not doing a consistent job in notifying our medication is ready, and when you call it the automated system doesn't even kick in. This might be a leading indicator and demise of Walgreens unless management/corporate takes their responsibility seriously.

The pharmacy is "extremely" under-staff and under-managed store. Always long line as soon as people showing up. Like now, there more than 10 people in line and there is only one staff processes the need in a slow pace.

It's the return of "Pharmageddon." Employees at some Walgreens and CVS pharmacies are walking off the job until Wednesday to protest working conditions. This is the third labor action by the pharmacy workers, who are not part of a union, in a little over a month. Organizers say stores are "grossly understaffed" and management expectations are unreasonable.

Maybe the worst pharmacy I've ever used. The line is brutally long, and they are so understaffed. It's obviously not the worker's fault, it's management and Walgreens the company that's to blame. Nobody ever answers the phone, so just to fill 1 Rx you have to wait in an hour long line two days in a row. It's unacceptable. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

This is my second time reviewing this forsaken place. AVOID MAKING THIS YOUR PHARMACY THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT HIRING MORE PEOPLE.Every time I come here there is a ridiculously long line. Phones never answered. My doc sent a fax because they weren't answering their phones, they never got the fax. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF OUR MEDICATION IS GETTING PREPARED.I REPEAT STAY AWAY. PLEASE, I BEG YOU, DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR

If I could give zero I would. Went there today for the probably the 10th time and dealt with the attitude of an incompetent worker who told me my prescription would be filled tomorrow, when it was “filled” last week, as per the text from Walgreens. Ia asked her if she can reassure me I will get 3 months instead of one, and she gets an attitude saying “it will be filled” when last time they only gave one month. Then when I can’t hear her because she has the gate 3/4 or the way closed at 3pm on a Sunday, And tells me “I don’t know what to tell you”Pure incompetent and poor customer service.1. Moved here two months ago, was told I can’t transfer my prescription to another state… that is incorrect in so may ways. Gave me a hard time, literally had to sit and force them to investigate when I already told them, all you have to do is call and have them transfer.2. Went up there probably 5 different time, waited 30min to and hour, for them to say it was not filled, despite getting a text saying it’s filled3. Supposed to get 3 packs with every fill, they only gave me one, then falsely told me I had no refills left. It’s birth control it’s not complicated and you get. A year prescription at a time.The worst.

Nice people. Competent unlike other Walgreen pharmacies. However the wait is RIDICULOUS. Long line cars or in store. Expect 40 minutes or more to pick up a simple prescription any time of the day - like no issues with the prescription, just say your name, confirm information and pick up. Less than 2 minutes transaction. I only come here because my prescription has to go through Walgreens per the insurance.Walgreens - pay your employees more and get more competent efficient people. You have no respect for our time.

Terrible service. This is the third time I came here for my diabetic medicine. Every time I had to wait for over an hour to be able to talk to someone. And I still haven’t got my medicine, because they needed all kinds of authorizations from my doctor other than prescription. Every time they wanted different things. Why can’t you tell me what you need all at once? And the girl told me that she needed to take her break while helping me with my prescription. She just dropped everything on the counter and left right in front of me.

This Walgreens clinic isn't following proper procedures for safe vaccinations.I had booked a vaccination appointment online. When I went up to the vaccine check in window, I was never asked for my ID or insurance card for any verification - just my name and DOB.Many people were waiting to be called into a separate room for their vaccines. When my name was called, the person calling folks + administering the vaccines did not ask for my name, DOB, or any identification.In my opinion, the vaccine administrator didn't seem confident in what shots were being given, nor did they provide proper information to me as a recipient. I felt it necessary to make sure I was being given the vaccines that I had booked an appointment for.On top of it all, my vaccination happened 1h45m after my scheduled appointment due to overbooking from Walgreens' appointment booking system.The people that I dealt with were all incredibly nice, but I absolutely wouldn't trust this Walgreens with any future health concerns.
