I’m not sure how they could do much worse. It’s real bad there right now. Didn’t used to be this way but post pandemic it’s a dumpster fire. People that work there are understaffed and stressed out. Not their fault it’s like this either. It’s the management team. Low pay, staffing issues, horrid morale from the looks of it. I feel bad for them tbh.

Absolutely vile, abhorrent pharmacy techs who provide the rudest, most exceptionally bad customer service I have ever witnessed. Stay far away from this hell hole.

This one is terrible too. Showed up at 5:05 for my 5:10 vaccination time. It’s not busy. Waiting still, 35 minutes. One of the pharmacy reps just walked by me and said she was the reason why I was still waiting, kind of laughing. It’s not funny to waste peoples’ time. It’s rude and inconsiderate. It tells the person you think your time is more valuable than theirs.

There was a nice pharmacist that helped us at first but there was a problem with my prescription so I had to call the doctor to fix it. When I returned to make sure it had been corrected we were greeted by the worst human being I’ve ever encountered who I’ll call Darth Lesbian. She yelled at my elderly mother for no reason and acted like we’d murdered someone for asking her if they’d received the prescription. This place should be condemned and closed down it seems to staff some terrible people.

This pharmacy is so slow and inefficient and the people who work there are rude and disrespectful, probably because they have to deal with angry customers all day because of their incompetence. The line is always long and half the people leave angry without their prescriptions. I had to argue with the manager to pick up the one of three that was filled and prove that it was by showing him the text on my phone. I have to find another pharmacy in the area that takes my insurance.

They're horrible. Not helpful, not responsive, and also lie. Our family is transferring all of our prescriptions to Fred Meyer Pharmacy.

I have never had a straight forward experience with this pharmacy. They always find a way to cause an issue with filling a prescription. I’ve tried filling at least 5 prescriptions with them and only had success one time after a bout of drama. Today’s prescription filling experience was no exception. Avoid this place at all costs especially if your prescription is for urgent symptom relief.

Well here I am at my local Walgreens trying to find tacs to finish an awesome art project I have been working on. Walgreens used to be where I get most of my prescriptions filled but now I mainly use CVS or Qfc (Disco ball kroger brands). I did not find the tacs I wanted but the employees were nice:-)

I just can't say enough bad things about this pharmacy. Other Walgreen's locations are overworked and maybe not operating at full capacity, but this particular location is staffed with the most rude and condescending people you could ever hope to encounter. I have multiple stories and I could write paragraphs, but I don't have the time for that, so please just heed my advice and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE but here.

I use their pharmacy. I like that they have a drive up window for prescriptions. though it is not always open. Staff is courteous and works hard. You don't see people standing around doing nothing while customers wait.

If I could give a negative 5 I would! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I was on hold over 3 hours, then they hung up on me. They charged me triple what I owed & refused to issue a refund. When I did finally speak to the pharmacist, he was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, & could care less I was over charged. He actually hung up on me, after I waited on hold a total of 6 hours over 2 days. They should all be fired. I filed a complaint. Never heard back. That was 6 months ago. I now drive over 5 miles to get my prescriptions. Even with gas at $6/gal...it's worth it, not to have to deal with these UNPROFESSIONAL, INEPT, INCOMPETENT, RUDE employees. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I was a regular here, and I know they're really slow, so I always try to get my refill before I need it. Last month, the pharmacy was "temporarily closed" the week I was due for a refill. When I tried to get them to send my prescription elsewhere, they said they couldn't because they mailed the refill to my house. However, after a week, I still didn't get the refill and their online portal said it wasn't even shipped. I spent two hours on the phone with different people who all spoke down to me, gave me the runaround, and eventually told me to go to the ER if I need the medication that badly. Their negligence prevented me from getting my medication there or ANYWHERE until I could get in touch with my doctor and have her re-issue the prescription to a different pharmacy. I experienced side effects from missing several doses. Walgreens did eventually mail the prescription to my house...two weeks late. I filed a complaint but they never followed up with me about it.

Long waits, drive up closed due to staffing issues. Rx. Not filled in a timely manner. Forget calling. No one answers. I am done with this Pharmacy.

I've never worked this hard to try and refill a prescription. 4 days now with my Rx in "processing." Still don't have it. Lines miles long to talk to someone in person. On hold for 20 minutes and counting (again) to even try and talk to someone on the phone. I like Walgreens as a company, but gonna have to choose a different pharmacy. Shouldn't be like this.

This place is having serious issues. Don’t go here. They couldn’t get an Rx for me for 2 weeks, so the first time I called, I was on hold for 45 min and had to hang up. I didn’t have enough time to wait. I called the next day, but after being on hold for 2 hours, they dropped the call before I spoke to anyone. The next day, I switched my Rx to CVS and had it in hand in one day.I didn’t think it was hard to take pills from a big bottle and put them in a little bottle, but this location makes it seem that way.
