Overall, the stay was great. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, the streetcar is right out front. The location is mildly unsavory, fireworks go off randomly, some homeless camps nearby, public restrooms are locked, etc. Nothing too bad though, would recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

Good place to stay if you're going to Expo center. Lite rail right out the door. Onsite parking which is great. Very clean rooms and plesent staff.
