Be careful at this laundromat, please. I had one man try and steal my laundry .I had to go find him and say “Excuse me I think you have my laundry”, he was almost finished putting the load in the dryer.He said “oh, ? yeah you have lots of these”, and pulls out of the dryer my panties into the air.I was mortified!!I’ve been doing my laundry here for almost two years now weekly and things around here are only getting worse.It’s bad enough sometimes you can barely do your laundry because it’s so full.Now creepy old men are stealing, touching, sorting, and drying my clothes and personal things like underwear.

Okay, the place was clean but the price of the dryers is ridiculous. $1.25 to start the dryers and an additional quarter only gives you an extra 5 minutes.

Clean and conveniently located, this laundromat has a change machine for quarters and the (very much appreciated) Speed Queen app which makes it all so much easier and doesnt have me scrabbling for change. Regular to XXL washers and dryers make this chore so much more pleasant. Management maintains it well and I feel safe and taken care of. Management replies to questions quickly and seems to be more than happy to help. I'm sure the convenience store nextdoor does pretty well on those "big" laundry days, too. Highly recommend this location to my Multnomah Village friends.

After reading all the glowing reviews, I was very surprised at the starkness of the place. No chairs. I have never in my life seen a laundromat with no chairs. There are hard ledges with your back to a hard counter or the wall to sit on. I have a bad back and cannot sit on that. Luckily, we had the car to sit in.It was clean like the reviews said. But wow, you guys must make a fortune each day: no attendant, no television, no restroom, no seating to maintain. It doesn't get much more bare bones than this. Maybe in prisons...

Do not recommend.1. Washes are expensive, even for Portland @ $5.502. Half of my clothes still had detergent residue on them after a wash cycle, despite the fact that I did not overfill it. To make matters worse because there is no employee on site, I had no choice but to pay another $5.50 for another cycle.3. The dryers do not operate in $.25 increments like every other laundromat I have ever been to in my life. Instead, they force you to pay $1.50 to dry for 25min, even if, for example, you want to dry some light delicates for only 10min or so. Ripoff.4. They have strategically ensured that there is not a single seat, nor a SINGLE outlet in the entire place. They charge high prices even compared to the other local laundromats, and then decide to cheap out even further by ensuring that there is not a single seat or power outlet in the whole place? Seriously? Would it kill you guys to let me sit down and charge my phone while I patronize your business?5. Because there are no seats in the laundromat, I had to sit in my car. The parking lot is on a relatively steep angle, so I was sitting there at a bit of an uncomfortable angle while waiting for my laundry to finish.I will not be returning. I suggest you find another laundromat, reader.

Very clean! I wish there was a bill breaker so I didn't have to get $20 in quarters. But, hey, I'll have some next time! There was no air circulation. Other than that, it was great!

Very clean! On more than one occasion, management has been on site cleaning and sanitizing while I was doing my laundry. Machines of varying capacities that can handle just about any size load of laundry. From bulky blankets, duvets & mattress covers to a regular load (or 6) of clothing. Also many dryers also of varying capacity. Open 6am-10pm. There’s a change machine or an app for payment. There is a posted phone # to contact the management - and a real person answers!!

Very clean laundromat, no broken machines. There are a few $3.00 smaller washers if you just have small loads, otherwise the washers are $5.00. As others have said, the dryers are $1.50 to start and you get 30 minutes. This is the thing that made me deduct a star. I travel all over in my RV so I see a lot of laundromats.Almost all of them start with just a quarter, although the minutes you get vary. Still, I prefer not having to dump in $1.50 just to start. Overall a great laundromat tho.

Very small location, very cramped not the best quality for price. Dryers take forever to dry a load completely through. There is a change manchine available but no bathroom very few machines at this location.
