People from Verizon has been coming to my door, knocking and knocking and knocking for months, it was so bad that I spent money on NO SOLICITING stickers for my door, and they KEEP knocking still, we even left a friendly personal reminder beneath it, that it means YOU too, since you ignored it even after it had been installed.
This is shameful behavior.

I would like to commend your employee, Angel, who is doing an amazing job running a store by himself that should be run by two people. I hope you are paying him double. As always, I'm incredibly disappointed in Verizon. Please fully staff your stores so your staff can have a comfortable work environment and customers get care. People are paying you a fortune and you can't afford to staff your stores? Your employee was wonderful and professional and deserves a better work environment. @Happy Valley Store.

Kyle did an excellent job helping me upgrade my phone. He very clearly explained the process and helped me with any questions. I am very thankful for the customer service he provided!

Dishonest- ordered a phone here, when I picked it up they tried adding a bunch of extra fees. Staff were very condescending when I asked to explain. They offered to just return the phone. When I got home my current phone doesn’t work. Waste of time.

We're a 28 yr customer. Had a very bad experience with the call center. But, Kyle saved the day. Amazing young man. He's restored my confidence & saved a customer.
He's a keeper.

Dude “works on commission.” So he basically refuses do anything other than sell you a phone. Wanted to charge $40 for a simple account change that would have taken 15 minutes. So his time is apparently worth $160/hr in his mind.
What an ego.

When coming in here today Lee was such a patient guy and wow did he help get the job done! The Verizon customer service stewed up my order on my phone and Lee took over an hour to help me fix it! He was the only person in store working and I really do appreciate all his help today! Without it I would still be without a phone, and trying to deal with Verizon customer service that’s not always the easiest! Thank you Lee for all your help! I willl definitely come back here if needing help.
