I just had one of the best experiences upgrading a phone because of Bradley at this location. Upgrading or any phone stuff can be overwhelming sometimes, but Bradley explained everything I needed to know very clearly, never once pushed extra sales on me, just offered some items to make life easier and got me on my way so quickly I was AMAZED. If you have any phone needs I suggest asking for Bradley! Thanks again!

I had signed up for business Internet with Verizon, but unfortunately, they were not able to deliver because they could not get a signal at my building. Calling one of their phone numbers is just awful, but the people in store really make up for that.
Years ago, I had Verizon phone service and enjoyed it, but I am with a different carrier now. I do truly appreciate the great customer service I received at this location.

Had a family member come into a store cause we had lost her phone and needed assistance resetting her pin so I could help her order a new one. The rep here was just absolutely horrendous! He said the only solution was having to buy a phone from him that day and he'd reset the pin for us saying "it's impossible otherwise". After visiting another store we were magically able to fix this "impossible" scenario within 10 minutes without the requirement of a purchase. This store only cares about making a quick buck off of you and I hope the manager is proud of the team they've trained!

Why can I not call a physical location. All I want to know is if there is enough humans working so I f don’t waste my time sitting there for 30 min like I did at another location please respond with a number to call actual stores and not the customer service line

Nothing but a great experience when I upgraded my iPad to the newer version,
Elijah helped me set up my new iPad and also gave me so much helpful information about my new device.
The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I highly recommand them to anyone needing a cell phone or a tablet.

Left Verizon to save money (and my service is exactly the same with competitors) but I'm leaving a negative review because they're doing a horrible job helping my mom out. She's older and they've taken advantage of her, holding her in contracts she doesn't need to be in, and not providing helpful or kind service. The manager is just a bad person and terrible to her employees. It's been pretty gross to watch and hear about. Absolutely do not go here. Probably the worst cell phone store I've seen

The Worst Customer Service EVER..Manager Rafael, was a Jerk,from the start, RUDE & then the Specialist Johan "John " who he assigned me to, also could not help, & barely get into my account in the 1st Place. Told me, I had a Pending Order ( yes added a New Line on the 1st, & also a Home Internet Service & bought some other stuff, being shipped..I need a phone URGENT as my phone was stolen, but they could not sell a new iPhone 15ProMax to me till, 22nd March, when pending order cleared, I am already paying for the monthly service with not having a Phone & sim for usage due to Extremely POOR Customer Service. Called earlier & was told to go to a retail location for Faster Service..Yes Fast it was..With RUDE NO SERVICE. I will be taking my 6 lines elsewhere. THANK YOU. Good Luck Verizon with Customer Service Guys like them. Stay Away...

Ok. Bradley at Mall 205 needs to be cloned. You would never get a bad review over at the Mall 205 Verizon store!
They were so helpful dealing with a very stressful situation with Credo Mobile. I was a nervous wreck coming into the store (Credo had charged me over a thousand dollars for some roaming over 2 months and didn't try to help this long time customer! ) Bradley was so kind and thoughtful, spent a great deal of time with me and assuaged my angst!
I left the store feeling extremely grateful and relieved! Bradley rocks!

I came into this location to upgrade my phone because there was a great deal. I also purchased a screen protector. Everything went wrong after I left.I found out later that the sales person changed my plan during the upgrade process without telling me or asking for my consent. I ended up on a plan that I never would have agreed to. I was on the phone with Verizon reps for a long time to change my plan back.I also found out they sold me the wrong screen protector and the screen I got partially covers the front camera as a result. I revisited the store to get the right screen protector for my phone, but because I went in after 30 days had passed, they wouldn’t accept a trade in despite selling me the wrong product in the first place.Just a really bad customer experience at this branch in particular. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My travels required better coverage than I received from T Mobile cell service. Bradley and Rafael provided plan information and existing phone, paperless billing and veteran discounts. After an initial discussion on plans/rates/options, the port over for two phones and plan sign-off took less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer centric service by these guys - if you know what level of cell phone service you want.

Walked into this store with a phone that hasn’t worked since activating several days ago and was not helped by the Verizon employee on Powell Blvd.Bradley had my phone working in literal seconds. There were plenty of employees in the store available to help and Bradley gave me their contact info in case I needed additional help. Really appreciate this customer service after the disappointing interaction with Verizon on Powell where I was charged $30 for a SIM card that I didn’t need and was later told should have been 0 charge anyway. Also non-refundable from Verizon on Powell but they gave me a $6 charging cord in exchange ??

Do not trade in devices for upgrades.They lost one of our trade ins and now we are being charged full price for a new phone despite giving them our eligible trade in.At first management seemed super helpful. But after 2 months of coming in weekly and promised that a claim was filed i find out through a call center representative that our account has never had a claim on it.Very bad experience.
