Angel was very professional and helpful throughout my husband’s and my both get our phones updated. He did this in the face of having 3 groups of folks marching in right after us. He was thoughtful and reached out to all three groups even as he took care of us and did NOT RUSH US AT ALL in the face of 6 folks waiting. Very impressive!!

Boyfriend came in to upgrade his phone with the new deal "$5 a month for the pixel 8a". The people working insisted that he had to pay $150-$200 for a set-up. They said that he HAD to get insurance because it was mandatory. When my boyfriend said he doesn't want any help setting up and just the phone they asked "what's your budget?". Doesn't Verizon have standard protocol for this? Then we received a weird phone call saying one of the team members was "upset" and he'd only have to pay $50. We looked online and my boyfriend could upgrade with only a $35 upgrade fee and the original deal. What the hell? Didn't know we were still bartering and negotiating in this era...
Edit: looks like this location is known to be filled with scamming staff. Too bad you couldn't scam us. Don't go to this store.

Went in to the store for an Apple Watch for my kids. they told me they'd be able to reduce the rest of my bill enough such that the Apple Watch addition wouldn't actually increase my bill. I was skeptical and lo and behold, my bill is higher. The dishonesty is annoying, and a hassle.

FRAUD!! Do NOT shop here. I was SCAMMED by an employee who lied about the devices he sold me. I have been dealing with Verizon for MONTHS trying to fix it.
I went to the Verizon in Clackamas to see if they could help. The guy laughed and said, “Yeah, they do that a lot.” Apparently this store has a reputation for scamming customers.

I have absolutely no intention of dealing with you or your store again. Your employee’s fraudulent behavior took six months to fix with Verizon. It was a nightmare.

My experience at this particular store was outstanding. Only because of your star employee, Collin. He spent hours helping me straighten out the mess that xfinity made out of my account. He was amazing, so knowledgable, patient and kind. His partner Hamero also helped and was amazing also because he managed to help the many customers in there while Collin had to spend a lot if time with me. And I noticed Hamero was also so kind and outstanding with all. They were top notch. Thank them and reward them because without them I would have been unhappy

I went into the store were we buy our phones. There was one employee, no customers. I explained that my Galaxy S8 was not accepting voice mail and asked him if he could figure it out. He took the phone, tried one thing and said I cannot help you. He said I must call their technical support number. He did not give me the number until I asked. I went home, worked on the phone again and in about 5 minutes found the problem and solution. I have noticed, the last few times in, that this location's service has gone downhill. Too bad as it is a convenient location. We may have to try elsewhere when we replace our phones.
