Nedda provides excellent customer service. I found her to be very thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and a good listener. Also, I had a chance to compliment her to her manager, Aaron. He too exemplified the service I expected as a customer. Please continue to hire and train individuals of their caliber.

Requested to speak with the manager of the store today (11/27/23). I was told they were busy. I still requested to speak to them regarding the mixed messages we received regarding the returning of WiFi Router. It essentially involved a training issue with their staff. While we returned the router, the manager never came to speak to me regarding my concerns. Abysmal customer service. Why would I ever consider a Verizon product again! Dr. Bruce

I went in because I had made payment arrangements over the phone and was assured that my services were not going to be interrupted. Today, 11/6/23, they were and I went in to talk to someone after attempting to get ahold of a live agent for 2hrs.I go in and all representatives were sitting down and talking and the one person was a female, with ghetto nails, had major attitude and not willing to help. Would definitely take my business elsewhere

I think some companies has forgotten what customer service looks like, or the employees are just overworked and couldn't care less. I started a new service with Verizon and got the latest iPhone only to decide a week later to join my "family plan" to save. When I called to cancel the new service with a 3o day option to do so, Ava stated that I would have to pay for the device +++ I reminded her of the 30 day option to which she suddenly. She was so rude and disrespectful and simply didn't care, I am so glad I cancelled sooner than later. She basically said, I'm now disconnecting your service and the phone went dead! I'm crying laughing now though this crap ain't funny. It was jsut indicative of the level of service to come. Boy did I dodge a bullet.Thanks for nuthin!!!

We really needed a new cell phone plan as ours (AT&T) was ridiculously expensive. Upon the advice of (tech savvy) friends. we decided to check out Verizon. We were assisted by Jeff at the downtown Portland, Oregon store. It took a bit, but he helped us every step of the way and knew what we needed. We left with new phones and clear instructions. Thanks Jeff! And Verizon. I feel as if we made a good decision. We were greeted by staff as we entered the store, and our wait time was nominal.

Matthew is one heck of a guy! I was having problems with my iPhones charging port and had decided it was time to come in and upgrade. I explained my problem to Matthew and he graciously took matters into his own hands. Instead of trying to upsell me he fixed my charging port right there on the spot. Matthew’s warm and gracious aura will leave you feeling awestruck. Thank you :)

Avoid this store. They don't have the technical expertise to set up your Apple. Just go to the Apple store.

the salesman was very knowledgeable for the most part and polite, but he ended up locking my apple account for a month because he was trying to sign in too many times (so i've been using a phone without access to my contacts/apps/wallet for a month). i also didn't realize there's a $150 one-time fee for helping set up my phone. i did get a huge discount on a new iphone, but next time i'll be getting a phone from apple or a used store. not worth the hassle.

They were so helpful twice I've come up on the nearly destitute and thankfully maybe because I'm the customer they helped me and got me back to where I could almost breathe easy at least I got my phone functioning or a phone functioning with my phone number

Phenomenal in-store experience switching from old iPhone 7 to newer model -- Matt D. transferred all data and took care of all details pertaining to activating a new phone; it took about an hour to go from 2016 to 2023...could not be happier with the fantastic customer service offered from Matt at this Verizon store.

ooomph - what a journey through the Verizon Vortex this past week.I want to share that if it wasn't for the persistence ... the quality customer service shown by : Amanda / Aaron and Tyson .... I might have left Verizon and ended a decade-long run with the provider.While spending plenty of time in the SW Broadway store - I also got to see a pretty special employee culture play out. The knowledge sharing and general support were impressive.The team at the store - worked hard to find a solution to a major flaw in the business process and customer journey. If anyone from Verizon wants to reach out - I'd love to share the issue, in the hope that it won't happen to any of your other customers.
