Brian is simply the best. Only good experience I’ve ever had getting a phone. He explains things well and is super charismatic. Definitely makes the phone buying process less grueling. Bought 2 phones with him now!

I had an incredible experience at the Verizon store downtown thanks to Brian. From start to finish, he was efficient, informative, and genuinely helpful. I came in needing a new phone and a new plan, and Brian laid out all of my options clearly based on what I told him I was looking for. He answered every question I had with ease and broke everything down in a way that was super digestible. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about getting you set up right. I left with exactly what I needed and zero confusion. If you’re going to Verizon, ask for Brian — you’ll be in great hands!

This location has a weird policy where they want all 10 workers and a security guard right at the enterance of thier small store and they all say hello right as you walk in. Then they like to stare all the time.
You have to explain things in great detail for some dudes there so they can understand. They werent able to answer basic questions like how canceling 1 plan would affect the bill for 2 plans.

Don’t remember his name, but he’s the curly haired/shorter man, is very unprofessional. I can’t even count on two hands how many times he disrespected my mother- and no, she was not rude at all. In fact, she was very sweet to him but his patience and respect did not exist at all and he chose to just be “that salesman” and didn’t respect any of her answers.
Also, he tried to get me to trade in my iPad (had to get a new one due to that one not have the cellular data setting) for only $150. He said “you should for sure trade it” and i agreed with him without checking.
Over time, I looked up how much the iPad was truly worth, and it was worth $400!!!!
I ended up asking, “dang bro were you gonna do me dirty and have me trade that in for only $150?” And he had the audacity to say, “well yeah then I can buy a cheap iPad.”
The other workers seemed to be nice, but that one worker in general has absolutely no integrity or respect for his customers

Arlo went above and beyond!!! I was with Boost mobile and was a horrible experience. We encountered several issues and Arlo solved them all!!

Definitely one of the workers here have an unconscious bias. I was told since my ID was out of state 20% of the device’s cost was needed for a down payment. This is before any credit or anything was ran. It sounded off. So I sent my friend in (whom happens to be white) and no such policy was told to him. Just disappointing, but I went to a different Verizon store and got much better service.

Fairly decent experience over all, staff were polite, which was a nice change of pace. The only thing I really wasn't fond of is that while inquiring about potentially upgrading my prepaid plan to get a better phone, the person I worked with was prepared to do a credit check without informing me of beforehand. It wouldn't have been an issue, but I was just inquiring at the time to see what was available so I could budget for a purchase. Again, decent experience, just be mindful if you don't want unintended credit pulls done. I'd still consider this shop in the future though.

The manager Cameron helped me with the trade-in process and was great! He also explained the advantages and disadvantages of changing my family plan from 4 lines to 3 lines.

Had everything approved the previous evening including receipt and was turned away by fraud protection due to the fact that I am come to find out not myself at all, but someone else even with proof of address, valid Oregon id, all personal info know by heart as well as having a photocopy of social, my valid passport and anything else I could possibly have to prove my identity. The irritating thing is they refused an explanation completely.

Cameron was VeERY helpful. Verizon customer service made getting my new phone difficult, but Cameron smoothed everything out and made sure I got all the discounts I was supposed to get and made the transaction / process super easy. Highly recommend this store!!
