Magical. No, seriously, as someone with serious health issues and who has had to get a lot of blood draws, my experience with Aculab/Venidirect was completely magical. For the draw itself, I basically sat down at a table in my backyard and was done in five minutes. I also prefer having a certain type of needle used because it helps me have less issues with my veins, and when I’ve gone into places I always feel like I have to fight for them — here I just let my preference be known and didn’t even have to ask at the time of the draw.In addition, this was my first time using them, and I had a lot questions and also had some hiccups with faxes from my doctors office (because of an name change) and each time I called I was treated so well and with such respect. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of in all areas — communication with my doctors office, communication with billing (I’m new to the lab), etc.If you’re immunocompromised, they even have somebody who draws their immunocompromised patients.1000% recommend. I only wish these guys could run every aspect of my healthcare.

Thank you so much! One of the nicest phlebotomists I’ve ever met. It was so nice to have it done in the comfort of my home in my pajamas with a blanket. I’m really afraid of needles and Tadhg was so kind, patient, and encouraging. I booked the sneak peek next day results test and plan to do my other prenatal lab work now through VeniDirect. I hardly even felt the needle and it was over in seconds.This is definitely my new way of getting lab tests in the future.

VeniDirect was so great to work with from beginning to end. Timothy was patient and responsive in setting up the appointment and answering my questions. We have a child with significant special needs and Tadhg who came to our home for the blood draw was very understanding, flexible and skilled. He did an amazing job! Highly recommend VeniDirect!

My family and I had an amazing experience with VeniDirect! Everything from intuitive website, easy scheduling and on-time phlebotomist visit made it such a smooth experience. Very, friendly and pain-free blood draw, phlebotomist had an amazing bed-side manner and very soothing personality. He came prepared with all the tools and equipment needed and we were done in no time. I will definitely be recommending VeniDirect services to everyone I know.
