This is my first time having to buy "gear" for my child to play a high school sport, and it has been absolutely horrible. Orders were due September 5th, season ended October 19th, it is now November 3rd and I still have not received my order, that my child was required to have all season long... Besides feeling like this is a completely unacceptable amount of time to receive an order, they also should not have charged me until the items shipped, which it still hasn't. Or they should have, at the very least, let me cancel my order when I contacted and they informed me I would not receive my order before the season ended. The school should not make things required if the print company can't get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. AND the print company should let the customers know that it will take MONTHS to get their order, BEFORE they place the order. Now the season is over and I am stuck with stuff my child no longer needs... what a waste of money. Lesson learned.

I ordered a whole set of jerseys for a High School team and was sent a mock up that I approved and then received jerseys that were illegal that did not match the mock up. I now have waited weeks to have a refund and still have yet to receive it and all they can say is “wait longer” I have not have a good experience with them and Brian is very very unprofessional and rude, he is the manager by the way. Highly recommend NOT using them

Hannah B. and her staff were so incredibly kind and courteous, she quickly assisted in me and my team which pointed us all in the right direction. Her help allowed me to save over 2 hours on the phone in comparison to other companies :) I will definitely come back every time I need anything sports related.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would not recommend this retailer. I had bought masks from this company in March 2021. They sent me an invoice in which I paid the full amount. Product was sent to me and everything seemed to have been a done deal. They have now contacted me ONE YEAR LATER in March 2022 stating that I owed additional money due to the sales tax not being put on the invoice. An error on their part for not catching this mistake sooner and contacting me when the error happened. I am reasonable guy and would have been happy to pay the extra amount had they provided me the proof of the error they originally made by not putting this extra cost on the original invoice.They refused provide me with the proof. I was told they sent me an email on April 1st, 2021 with the new invoice with the additional cost. I asked them to forward me that e-mail with the invoice but again they refused.Had they sent me that, I would have paid with no problem. They stated they did not have the logs for this from their software to provide me with the proof I was asking for. In the digital age, everything is tracked and there is a way to find this, ultimately it was just them lying to me for an error they made and trying to cover their tracks.Not only was this a hassle that I had to deal with one year later, they also called my school I work at and harassed one of the secretaries. I paid for this out of my own pocket and I did not need them to contact my school for something that has nothing to do with them. I was met with disrespect from the employees and was not pleased with how this situation was handled.At the end of the day I ended up just paying the bill just to avoid any further hassle, but I would take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely will be shopping here again! The person helping me was Chris, and he was able to help me very quickly and knew exactly what I needed. I had emailed him what I was looking for, gave him my budget and not only did he have what I needed but recommended another item I wouldn't have even thought about! I had no idea that this little gem was even in our area, but I will continue recommending them and sending people their way! Thank you Chris for all of your help, and I'm sure I'll be buggin you again here soon for the next thing I need!

Horrible experience. Item was on backorder and now they are saying if we don't have a 10 item store order I can't get the item and they will have to refund the purchase price. Terrible customer service. Will be talking to athletic department and school district.

Not cause they are the best priced, not cause there sales person Kiel is the best, because they treat any club no matter the size like a king. Our uniforms came out better than anyone could imagine. Love you guys!
