Lady at the front was super unfriendly and unhelpful . Made us come back for a second time for the same package, we finally got it. Just seemed like she didn’t want to do her job and needs to find a better job where she can actually be nice.

Rude. I can't go there to pick up mail during the week. Our mailboxes are damaged an inoperable. So I get it on Saturday, but I have other important engagements. Get there right at 2, lady rudely tells me closed, even though the door is open.

Was just told they cannot guarantee delivery of news magazines! What's to stop them from stealing???
