The new lady with a trainee badge was very rude and treated with no respect. When I told her that she couldn't talk to customers in such a tone, she laughed at my face and made faces in front of her manager. No apologies were made nor by the manager nor from the lady. Absolutely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

New to shipping stuff. An employee told me if I have a prepaid label they can scan it and give me a receipt. Or if they’re busy I can drop it off at the counter and they’ll scan it later. Well I got 2 expensive items I dropped off there to be shipped and they never scanned them. It’s not hard to scan a label I could scan a thousand an hour. Definitely will be making the drive to the next closet location from now on. 1 employee at the counter for the last 3 days. If you feel like waiting in an hour line use this location

Watched USPS truck drop mail at my box and literally drive away. Not the first time oh well I'll get the package maybe someday or not. At the mercy of the post man. If there in a bad mood, or running late? Who knows

Pretty sure North Korea annexed this place from us. Nothing else would really explain the: theft, lack of resources, mismanagement and rude employees with a lack of empathy. Ugh really wish I could switch to the one on Multnomah but I can't choosey post office, despite that one being closer to my house! ( Or even in the same city which this is not!)

Hate USPS. My wife has been given the run around for getting her package. Which happens to be her medication. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it wasn't. She called the 800 number and talked to someone and said they put a "note" in the file so they know it's urgent. The next day (today), she called again, and the same run around. She finally got in contact with the supervisor for the location. The package was supposedly at. The supervisor said in an email that she could go to the branch and pick it up. So she did, they told her "they couldn't find it, must be in the truck. You'll have to wait for it to be delivered. " It's almost 6 pm, and it hasn't been delivered. The usps person already came to our apartment and left. It's absolutely ridiculous. Useless, absolutely useless. Do better USPS.

How hard is it to leave the key with the matching apartment nr? Apparently very dificult because 3/5 packages have been misdelivered to the neighbours or not at all. Or it was saying that there's no access to the gate, but there's no fn gate. Service and delivery, really the only job they have, has been horrible. I don't understand how hard it is to match the apartment and the address on the box, but apparently it's the hardest task they ever encountered.
Update: they closed my claim and told me to call the cops for their misdelivery

After two months it’s still hit or miss whether I get my mail. I’ve spent hours on trying to get my mail. I hope they read this and make efforts to improve.
